Always good. Pricey...but good.
I was here yesterday on Sunday March 20th, 2022 around 4:15-4:20PM. There was a woman working as the cashier and she was incredibly rude towards me. She made not one but three remarks to me about moving forward and being in the way. I have a service dog, whom was completely silent and obedient the entire time I was in line and she kept calling me out. I understand that this establishment was busy and Im not discounting that, but just a bit of kindness goes a long way. I will never return to this establishment because of this reason alone. I hope you do some training with your employees about disabilities and customer service.Also the chicken was good but the cheese curds tasted absolutely terrible. Like someone had left them in the fryer for a week.

Dude at the register was definitely gonna off himself tonight literally an empty shell, food was terrible how do you make hotdogs taste bad???? Been to a dozen A&Ws why is this one so bad

First off the workers were very rude when taking my order. Then once me and my friend had gotten our food we quickly noticed that’s our chicken tenders were noticeably smaller than most and when we went to pick it up it was cold and stale like they were there all day when we both got to the second piece BOTH of our box pieces were undercooked and basically raw, the fries were cold as well. Overall would not recommend going here ever.
The first thing that happened is that i was greeted with a girl with an attitude. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and was just rude to me. After i order ed my friend was ordering and I was telling her what i ordered bc it was her first time there, but the worker in charge of giving the food out yelled at me. She just HAD to hand me my drink instead of putting it on the counter. Then when i got my food it literally was not cooked. The chicken tenders we’re raw and slimey, and the fries were cold.
My pregnant fiance ordered a Coney dog and are a third of it before I noticed the bottom of the bun was green, black and grey in mold. They didn't even refund us. They were irritated with my complaint. I'm irritated my fiancee and baby's health were put in jeapordy. Disgusting. It's no wonder when you go on a&ws website, you can't contact them any way but email. I suppose it's much easier to do the wrong thing when you can hide behind a screen. I want the owner to make up for this. I want my money back, a genuine apology to my girl, and her medical bill from the hospital covered. The owner needs to take some responsibility for the unsafe situation they created yesterday.
