I’m writing this review because of this restaurant’s awful customer service. The food is okay. We ate here for the first time on 5/22. There are two girls with glasses working there. One of them is rude and looks like she doesn’t want to work. Her daughter was playing with food behind the counter. She was sitting at the table playing with her phone most of the time. My wife found hair in her food. I’m not going to visit this location until they learn how to treat their customers. I advise the management to find better employees.
The food is amazing when the workers don't burn the food and next order tell you a falafel flatbread doesn't have lettuce/any veggies. The workers are lazy, have horrible attitudes and are irresponsible. They are totally bad for business! Will NOT support this particular location. Too many bad experiences.
Location was clean and presentable. The staff was friendly and served me quickly. I did not enjoy my selection as much as I typically enjoy Mediterranean. For me, I am a meat person, there were too many vegetables in my meal. Many people would probably enjoy this, so it's not a bad thing, just my preference.
Food and service has been in steady decline and this last visit might have been my last. Service was so slow and they were focused on getting a catering order out the door instead of customers in line. The bread seemed like it was a day old and the pita chips were just bags of crumbs. We dumped the Hummus in the trash after our first taste.

I've reduced my rating for this place. Although my comments on the great food stand, their inability to open the doors on time will prevent me from revisiting this specific store. 3 times I've ordered food in the past several weeks and 3 times the store was late in opening. Same excuse each time "we're having trouble with our food heating devices." And today I actually saw the woman in charge enter the side door at 5 minutes after 11. I suggest you work on getting your equipment fixed.Some of the best Mediterranean food in the area. Love the customable bowls so you get exactly what you want. Great website for easy online ordering.
Always great food, no matter the choice. Today was small salad bowl with chicken, delicious!
Great team serving great food. Everything here is authentic to the Middle East and Mediterranean area. Having worked in Qatar in the past I can vouch for the authenticity. The bread is the best in the business so do not miss out on it. Love the flat breads, too.
The food here is amazing! Prices are a little steep, but the serving sizes make up for it. Staff is friendly, and the dining area was clean.
