Go here for breakfast. So many choices and all good. Try the Lumberjack latte if u like a little maple. Not too sweet.
Good coffee. Building has pretty much the lowest quality decor, cleanliness is minimal. The food was nearly inedible yet very expensive. We had a blueberry pie and the crust was so hard the plastic fork couldn’t penetrate it. They don’t heat it for you either, that’s your job as customer.
If you get one coffee in Ann Arbor please come here and get Dirty Sheed. It is my favorite drink and I think about it all the time. You can never go wrong with anything Zingerman’s!
The food at Zingerman's is always so delicious, never had anything I did not like. The person taking our order, behind the cash register, was so friendly and upbeat. Great experience! Tried a Bostok which I knew nothing about, and that is now a new fave! I did want to buy a t-shirt and inventory was low, so will have to try next time I go through Ann Arbor ?
The quality of their food is top notch, their prices reflect that. We always bring our friends and family visiting Michigan here for lunch. We even go without visitors for a special lunch. 4-stars because the prices seem high.
The cold brew was good, but the breakfast burrito they had given us was stuck to the paper, soggy, and ripped apart. Honestly not worth it for that price.
I bought two of the cupcakes. Not good, not good at all. Dry, such an akward texture & no taste very bland.I also bought a pecan pie slice, it smells so bad. It smells like they used potatos in it to bake it. I tasted a tiny bite but I will not eat anymore. My husband's favorite pie EVER is pecan and all he had to do was smell it and he said nope absolutely not.
See my comments about the Deli. You just have to go. You'll only regret it if you don't so go. It's about the flavor, it's an experience, it's fun, it's unbeatable. Yum yum
Tasty teas/croissants, and an upstairs seating section that is quiet/typically empty. Great place for studying or catching up with pals !
