Been a fan of Zingermans products for years. I had never been to this particular location. So I decided to try on a recent Monday.I ordered a tall decaf and 1 hot chocolate.The decaf tasted great as did the hot chocolate. The issue with both items was heat. Maybe I should say lukewarm both items. I asked if they could be heated up. I was told that they have nothing at the location to heat items up. Lol maybe that is why both items were cold. I even tried to have them top off the coffee. That didn’t work cause the coffee in carafe was cold to begin with.
Average! The lemon scone didn't taste like lemon, it tasted like sugar and it was mostly on the dry side.The medium roast black coffee was VERY ACIDIC!!! Couldn't even drink half of it!The only good thing was the polite and friendly staff:)
A hidden gem in Ann Arbor with a huge assortment of unique coffee blends and roasts, and many ways they can prepare your coffee! I love seeing the drip, pour-over, percolator, and so many more ways they can prepare your coffee for you right in front of you! This makes the experience super fun and memorable. Another thing I can't recommend enough here is their assorted toasts. They have the best bread and delicious flavor combinations that can't be beat! My favorite is the English Garden Toast with cucumber and cream cheese.Make sure to stop by the candy section in this coffee shop and pick out some assorted unique candies and chocolates from all over the world! Their selection is the best in Ann Arbor!
The best cold brew I've found so far in Ann Arbor! Excellent coffee and plenty of delicious toast options for breakfast or brunch.
This place. Absolutely amazing. The selection of coffee beans is outstanding with descriptions on flavor based on brewing technique.Staff was absolutely cheery and helpful.
Food tasted great, but might need a hearing aid before you come here. Noisy crowd, loud machine and entitled AA Kar** and you have to try your best to hear your name being called. Baristas get annoyed when you get confused if you are 15th Michael in the room. There are definitely better systems.
Everyone was super nice and friendly, great customer service all around dirty chais are the best❤️
A must must must try if you are in Ann Arbor. from there coffee to desserts to sandwiches, everything is amazing !!!
Great coffee selection and very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend asking for suggestions as they offer many different bean varieties as well as many ways to brew your cup.
Stopped by and loved the scene here. They roast the beans in house and show all the locations they come from. Great coffee, ordered the Café con Miel. Also checked out the bakery next door and it was well worth it to have something to snack on with my coffee.
