I'd love to be able to give it a five-star but it was so expensive that I could not. But the food was exceptionally good just exceptionally expensive. I paid over 20 something dollars for just me they don't offer any liquor or beer just pop there's no real seating at the one I was a small wing place for takeout more than sit down in a plaza type business right next to other restaurant or small business. The one right next door to this one was a sushi burrito and ramen noodle soup bar or something like that. That looks interesting but I haven't ate there yet. It was off Washtenaw Road off us 12 Ann Arbor Michigan.
Even after reading negative comments on Google, I decided to try Wing Stop on Washtenaw. The wings were great service as a walk in, Was fantastic. Employee's were happy, behind counter & kitchen area seemed to be accommodating with this first time visitor. Especially with their fancy soda machine, a gentleman came out (presuming an off duty Employee) and assisted me.
When I said I wanted fresh chicken , I didn’t mean this fresh. To add insult to injury, when I called wingstop the lady that answered the phone copped an attitude ,an apology would’ve been nice she told me to call Doordash and also told me to “bring the food back tomorrow “ no thank you, this was out of line . -Starving Student
Great late night eats only restaurant open after 10 PM on Washtenaw. Restaurant was clean, staff was helpful enjoyed picking individualized soda on the fun Coca-Cola machine.
My boyfriend and I ordered through Doordash some wings/chicken fingers/fries. We were so pleased with the quick order/pick-up process, and how great everything was prepped along with the excellent customer service upon arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely order from the Washtenaw location again very soon!
I went to this place yesterday, and I had never been there before. I thought when I was walking up to the door that I would have a good meal. As I approached the counter I noticed that the floors were clean. I don't buy food from dirty restaurants. Well as I was asking the employee at the counter what kind of specials they had, I asked her what kind of BBQ sauce they had. She said they were on the wall. I asked her where was the mild BBQ sauce and she referred me to the wall again. To wrap this up I ordered boneless chicken and received 5 chicken nuggets. I tried one of these nuggets and spit it in the garbage can. The sauce was orange and flaming, it went into the garbage can. As went the fries. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please go somewhere else.
Horrible Horrible Horrible! Do not go here! Rude as ever! Food was horrible. Wings were the driest and fries was the nastiest. I knew I should have kept going. The cook was running in and outside to smoke and sit in his car to listen to music all while the wings were burning. I need a refund because this is horrible place. Someone needs to do something about this place. Ruined my taste for ANY wingstop.
Leadership here is poor in communication. For national ranch day we came to them because we enjoy their ranch only to find out our online order did not come with ranch or fries. Called first thing in the morning and they told us we can call back when we are ready to order again and when we went to do that tonight we got shut down saying they weren’t just going to give us free food. This is food we were missing from our original order. It is fries and ranch not like they are the wings. We wanted to add on to an order we were about to replace and couldn’t do so. Next time an offer is made please do your customers a favor and honor it.
Strange Vib. Suggestion - order online. Those orders were in and out quickly. Decent sized, Mild Wings were very tasty. Korean Wings meh, too sweet and no real Korean flavors . No dine in
Don't go to this chain, as other reviews say it will make you sick or just be poor quality.Go to the chicken and fish restaurant eastward on Washtenaw just past carpenter Rd. They have amazing quality fried chicken and fish (incl wings) and all kinds of sides. And it's a halal friendly restaurant with the BEST shawarma wrap around, made fresh daily. Fair prices too, especially since they use good quality ingredients.
