Got the crispy chicken sandwich combo, chicken was overcooked and dry and the fries were have well done and heavily salted. Service was very friendly and the drive through was fast. I wish I would have seen or tasted my food before I made it home. Guess I learned a lesson.
If you order food here, use cash only. Somebody at the drive through wrote down my credit card info and made fraudulent charges with it for months. Be safe, people.
I wish these places would open their doors. It's time to get on with our lives. Nothing like trying to eat a baked potato or salad in your car.
It was nice for a change, to eat inside with food hot and fresh. Hopefully they will be able to keep their staff.
Fries were awful 2pm.. on a Tuesday. SO bad they turned me off the 5$ biggie bag nuggets. Timely but when I rolled to the window,3 women were talking behind the guy handling business. I don't picture fast food anymore. Half my cheese was stuck to the wrapper.
Who doesn't know Wendy's story? Moreover the food is always fresh. The staff is always nice. I have in Wendy's all over the USA and they are able to keep the same business acumen. Love it
This time some of the food was good and some of the food was stale hard parts on bread and this location didn't even try to offer the free things Wendy's advertises for at the moment ....ie.. Free drink with breakfast or the sample fries
Went through the drive through and was given the wrong food. When I tried to phone them all I got was a busy signal..... for 2 hours. Seriously do you take your phone off the hook so people cant complain to you. Trust me I will not stop calling and if I cant get through I will be up there first thing tomorrow. You have one job... get people what they order... Do your jobs right for a change
For my money this is the best fast food establishment in the Ann Arbor area. I've visited the drive-thru about once a month for the past year or so and it is consistently fast and friendly service and the order is always accurate and well made. There is a Wendy's that is closer to my home but this one on Zeeb Road is the one I always go to.
Super fast drive through. I used to live in Maumee OH and that Wendy's too an hour each time I picked up lunch. This one's is very fast. The people are friendly too.
