Was good, but they closed earlier than the door said. It was across the street from where I was staying, and great staff and food, just get there early.
Why is it taking more than 10 minutes to get thru the drive thru when you got several people working the back? Godforbid you hand out straws. Act like the straws are coming out of the workers personal paychecks or something. This is the worst Wendy's. It has ALWAYS been slow. I've lived in Ann Arbor 30+ years and this Wendys will NEVER be decent because of the trash workers. It just needs to be torn down.
This Wendy's is hands down one of the best I have ever been to. I just had a Spicy chicken combo and it hit the spot. Also they have the dining room open unlike all these other sorry @$$ spots. Definitely one of my thoughts when I'm near the mall.
Food was cold, less than two pieces of onion on the burger with brown pickles clumped in the middle.Fries were warm at best and soggy; except for the tiny burnt ones that looked and tasted like they came off the bottom of the fryer.
I go here at least once a week. The workers are always so nice! They are pretty short staffed so they open for rushes sometimes.
Incompetent, rude and slowThis used to be a good Wendy’s now I would avoid them at all cost! First had to wait 15 min just for someone to take our order i drive through. The rude woman taking our order kept messing up the order and would yell at my wife when she attempted to correct her. The. We get up to the window another 10 min later our order is still wrong and they were mad at us and asked to drive around again like it was our fault.finally the corrected our order cause we woudodrive around again and the. We had to wait another 10 min for our food. What a joke!
Went today for lunch around 1:30pm and ordered a salad. Got home and was just about to eat when I noticed there was a LIVE bug crawling around in my salad. I will never come back to this location. I had to load my 3 y/o back into the car to go get a refund (and least I received one).
WENDY'S NEEDS TO PAY THEIR WORKERS LIVABLE WAGES!I waited in line for 25 minutes if not more for a single sour cream and chive baked potato. I said I wanted butter and s&p. we had to pull up and watch multiple people get their food behind us. I get my food and they literally gave me a single thing of sour cream and no salt or pepper. the wait was ridiculous. I'm homeless so I have to rely on fast food to get hot food. so no I can't just make it at home.
To be short staff, they keep the lines moving and have fresh food 99% of the time. Always friendly and happy
This location has very limited hours in comparison to other Wendy's locations, but the service here is top notch. I have never had cold food nor has any employee ever been rude/want to rush people through. At the same time, they are quick even when there are long lines.
