The girl who made my smoothie gave me the barely blended leftovers of the person who ordered the bahama mama right before me. Then only filled my cup half way and didn’t even bother to make more for me. Then when I went back into the store to ask if I could get more they blatantly ignored me. Workers here have an extremely lazy way of doing things.

I noticed there were only two employees in today, the lady who took my order was Cherrelle. She made sure to greet everyone who came in and deliver as prompt of service as she could even though there were about 7 people in the lobby plus online orders. I patiently waited about 10 minutes if that for my baja chicken wrap and hurricane smoothie. Sooo yummy! I just wanted to give props to Cherrelle for doing her best out here while being understaffed!

I’ve been coming to this Tropical Smoothie for a couple of years now. The service has never been phenomenal. It always seems hectic and somewhat dirty. However, it seems there must be some sort of change in management as the place seems cleaner. I spoke briefly to the woman serving me (she told me her name was Tia something?) I’m always trying something new and she was EXCELLENT with her recommendations and answering my incessant questions. I have a texture preference that usually hinders my ability to truly enjoy what I receive. I am VERY happy that I continued trying until it was perfect. This smoothie was honestly PERFECT. Perfectly smooth without it being chunky or runny in any way. While there was another employee ignoring us on his phone and seeming generally peeved, she was more than accommodating & very apologetic. She seemed a joy to be around, even while running around filling orders on her own. I’ll definitely be coming back. I don’t know how much she’s being paid, but it isn’t nearly enough
These guys were awesome! Huge shout out to Tia who took my order online and over the phone. With only two of them working on a large order, they nailed it. I really appreciate it! Everything was great.
I'm not sure if the employee there was having a rough day or they just don't like their job. I won't be back to this location. Food wasn't even made the way I asked it to be. Get better staff
Went for lunch around 1pm 10/22/21 to order in person for myself and partner. Only 2 people working behind the counter that I physically saw. Ordered 2 smoothies then started to order food when the person making the food cut me off. They exclaimed to both their coworker and myself that they’re not making any more orders because they’re too backed up. I looked at the computer screen from which they were working from and saw 7 orders. I understand being short staffed and backed up but the fact that they didn’t give me the option to wait patiently was infuriating. I simply told them never mind and walked out the door and will never be returning again. It was not the first time something like this has happened like mixed up orders and I really like the food that chain provides but this location is lacking in work ethic and customer service.
Came in here today and there was a single man working alone managing the restaurant. Wonderful service. Not right there’s no one to help him.
I went there yesterday for a smoothie. Tia was so pleasant and nice I had to write a review. It always makes my day to have an employee really be so nice. Not to mention the smoothie was good too.
