Decent on campus noodle bar. Curry is pretty good and enjoyed the pork belly buns, although the filling to bun ratio was a bit off. The pork and chicken katsu were a bit dry and hard to eat. Pork definitely > chicken. Happy with the portions, service, and overall vibes.
Very bad ramen soup…. I ordered hiyashi cold ramen but the soup/sauce is purely rice vinegar… the pork belly taste like stone and TOO HARD… there is also a green onion root on top of my noodles….
We ordered hiyashi ramen and tonkatsu&rice. Tonkatru was OK. But, hiyashi ramen sauce was too sugary. The one you can eat in Japanese also has sugar but has other flavor too.
The food here is always delicious. The pho tastes fresh and the appetizers come out quickly and are fun.The reason I only give four stars is that we received lettuce in two dishes recently that was old (reddish, turning colors) and had a small bug in it. I know this is hard to avoid for a restaurant, but it's also pretty unappetizing, you know?
Great ramen here. Not overpriced either. Very much recommend this place for great food that you will enjoy.
The Tomukun Ramen is quite bland, lots of noodles and only a little meat/veggie. The soup itself is okay, but the noodle tastes like it has been just thrown into the soup, and has captured no flavor of the soup. Overall I don't think the Tomukun Ramen tasted good, 5/10 at most.
I stopped eating meat and since most dishes are with meat I asked for a suggestion and they made me a vegetarian option of Miso Ramen. It was terrific. Not so spicy so I added some heat and with all the veggies and tofu it was really nice. I will definitely go here again.

Great place in Ann Arbor! Went on a Wednesday night so luckily there was no wait. Completely understand the hype!Ordered the edamame which came hot and seasoned perfectly, the fried shrimp bun which had a slaw with it (absolutely amazing with the right amount of spice)! For the main dish ordered the Pho. Huge portion of pho with a generous amount of noodles; the broth had a great aroma and tasted delicious.Will definitely go back again’
Five star ambiance. Noodles were four stars in my opinion. Glad they have a daily lunch special during the week.
