I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to after this one. I ordered one steak taco, one tostada and chips and pick de Gallo. The taco was just ok, the tostada had what seemed to be old crusty beans, soft tomatoes and bad lettuce. The $6 pico and chips topped it all. See pics below; cold, broken up pieces of old hard tortillas. Absolutely disgusting. I ate the taco, took bite of the tostada, laughed at the chips and threw the rest in the trash.I came here because of the good reviews and the pics online but won’t come back. That was a waste of $20 and I am still hungry.I am also mildly concerned about getting food poisoning after seeing their food prep station and the way some of the ingredients at this place look.Yuck!
I've been coming to this place for years. The staff is amazing. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They will take the time to explain to you everything on their menu including homemade gorditas, and pupusas.
Friendly, and helpful staff, along with great mexican comfort food to fill you up. Was happy with the vegetarian options, and the paletas we had after eating. ???
The staff was great-very hospitable and welcoming. The food was ok, a bit expensive for my liking. I would seek cheaper options if I'm ever in the area.
Food is Quality!! Best El Pastor I've ever had. Local Gem for sure..
It’s a nice street style Mexican food joint. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They have some amazing tacos and gorditas. I like their chipotle chicken and spicy chorizo filling. Definitely try the mangonara. I’d recommend you dine in rather than take out. The food is best eaten there fresh. Last but not the least, the prices are amazingly low. The tacos are like $3-3.5 / pc.
These guys have been around a while and know what they're doing. Employees are always smiling and polite. Food is awesome. Closest you're gonna get to an authentic taco in the area. Everything is outstanding. The potato and poblano tacos are especially unique and delicious. Great salsa and hot sauce. Thanks for being there T maz.
I came here once hungover and got a caldo which I enjoyed and it brought me back to life. Today, I was excited to try the pupusas which were excellent but the pozole was the best I’ve ever had in my life!! I’ve had it from friends and other restaurants but this one was phenomenal. I love it here and will always be back! Also the staff is super friendly and you can get all the flaming hot chips you want.
Oh man this was a weird experience. The food is cooked well, but my lord. They don’t season any of their food. No seasoning in the guacamole, no salt or anything on the meat. My message / plea to the restaurant is just to season your food just a little at a minimum .The food was/is very bland without it.
Stopped here for the first time and everything was excellent! I had both shredded pork and beef tacos, and my wife had pupusas and an enchilada. The staff took time explaining all the food options and are awesome. I will make a point of stopping in for a bite when I'm back in A2 again.
