Overall fine experience. Crab cake appetizer was smaller than I remember, and a little dry. Duck and veal entrees were very good. The wine steward was very helpful and the wine list remains impressive. Our waiter was efficient, but seemed put out all night, a bit of a downer.

We ate outside and it was lovely until it started to lightly drizzle. Before we knew it, the staff was there putting up umbrellas. Turned out they were barely needed - but a neat move. We have the salmon in puffed pastry. Delicious as always. Our server was right on top of things. We were celebrating a birthday and it was nice to see the return of the birthday gift certificates.

Ah, The Earle is a pearl. Kind of old school and hidden away with a speakeasy vibe, live music, food served perfectly cooked and to temperature. Attentive service - a wonderful experience all around.
We asked to be seated outside, but when we arrived it began to rain. Our waiter was wonderful and set up a large umbrella for us to stay relatively dry. The food was wonderful and we would definitely recommend it!

Great little spot to sit and spend a few hours outside. Great service from the staff there, very attentive but not overly intrusive. Food was good, great appatizers and extensive wine list. Only dinged down from 5 stars was an overcooked tenderloin. Overall well worth a visit.
