Horrible. Ordered a plain lychee slush. I got one but some sort of "pudding" was in it. They refused to fix it. I was told not to drink that half. Will not return. I do not recommend.* while we drank ours, two other groups had the same problem, items added to the items they did order. Obviously there is something wrong with the ordering kiosks.**they appear to not take cash

Loved it! There drinks are of superior quality. They also carry a wide range of options. Close to university area and decent capacity of sitting options. All customers need to place the orders in the digital kiosk and before making the order they would ask for payment. What can improved...i would definitely say customer service warmth. This is hugely missing among the stuff. They did make wach and every order to the perfection...but a smile cost nothing!! The store interior can improvd too. Very difficult to park unless you consider parking in the adjacent uni areas.

Busy boba shop with a pop culture appeal but otherwise comparable to other large boba chains that offer customization of drinks (i.e. different toppings, sugar level). There were a lot of young children, families, and some young adults when we stopped by. It was chaotic. The place also had like children's books there that people were flipping through.Overall, this place might not be for you if 1) you don't like being around kids or 2) you're looking for somewhere quiet. It was also way too warm. Maybe it was the number of people, but the place had no air flow. I felt bad for the employees. I also was developing a headache from the heat.I ordered a dragonfruit iced drink with herbal jelly with 30% sugar, which tasted great but looked like some vampire's ? favorite congealed blood drink ? I enjoyed my drink but was not into the store's atmosphere.

Had the Rose Milk Tea for the first time ever and immediately fell in love. Love the set up on how you can take your time ordering. Would return to get again!Felt bad for the poor girls in there without any AC as it was very humid.

Tons of different tea options and many that didn't include dairy. You can take or leave the Boba. Didn't try their deserts but they sure looked good! For how busy they were service was fast. I'll be back when I visit Ann arbor next time!

sooooo good. my first time trying boba and i will never forget it! i got the green tea milk tea with tapioca balls. so good! highly recommend!

I finally found a place that I like their milk tea! I got the brown sugar milk tea, and I really wish I lived closer so I could stop here all the time. Easy to order on the kiosks and lots of choices. Cant wait to go back!

The tea is pretty good and the sizes are solid; just be aware that their tea is on the more sugaty side so if you like a more mellow flavor be sure to get 75% sugar

I've read about this place and have been craving it the longest time!! It was totally worth the trek to Ann Arbor!!! Their teas are INSANE! I went for Thai tea with tapioca and Popping Tapioca and it was just so much fun to drink! The place is so much fun to look at and transports you away from the usual coffee and tea shops. Can you guys put a place in downtown Detroit? :)

We bought three blended drinks though Snackpass. Lacking in flavor, super icy, overly sweet.20% of normal flavor120% of normal sweetness level(There are some sweet adjustment options for some drinks but not for all drinks)Snow-cone like taste.Boba didn’t taste the best either(they were low on boba and out of real fruit mango that was bought on app). Had to wait more than promised time due to not being acknowledged by staff(although they were quite busy, a “be with you in a moment” would make it a better service). Waited 8 minutes more than promised. All three drinks were upsetting. Came to test out drinks but will be first and last time here. For the store: a noticeable Snackpass pick-up/check-in sign would be good for future reference for both customers and employees.
