They don't even deserve one star. Seems like every time I go there the dining is closed for carryout and when you go through the drive-thru half the time to tell you they're closed but yet all their employees are standing out front smoking cigarettes. If they're closed why are the employees still at work. That is by far the worst Taco Bell I've never then to, why is that location even open. It should be permanently closed
When it comes to Doordash, this location hands down is the best to get delivery. They always get our order right and fast. The other Ann Arbor location is horrible.
Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, stuck in the line, and then got to the front and they say “we had to let our minors go home because it’s 9pm now and I am only fulfilling previously placed online orders”
Only drive thru open at the time i was there. I was in a line with 9 cars in front of me. It took almost 45 minutes to get to the window.
Standard taco bell.For a 5-star taco bell, you need the kind of status the Corunna Rd Taco Bell in Flint has. That place is packed from 1 AM to 4 AM. That's the niche taco bell thrives in. Just not the market here.
I only left one star cuz I couldn't leave 0 n move to the review....I get racist vibes from the staff PARTICULARLY THE MANAGER THATS ON DUTY TUESDAY AT 11. I drive semi trucks and I can't for obvious reasons come through the drive Tru. Well this place conveniently has kiosk machines but the dining room is closed due to short staff. Now there was nobody in the drive thru and all I wanted was 3 soft tacos.. I was turned away and told to eat somewhere else. I'll never spend a dime in this place again and if u respect others U WOULDNT EITHER!!!!
Was craving Mexican and drove to Taco Bell to get a bean buritto. The drive through was fast & simple. Don't know if they are operational for dine in but the drivethrough is open. I saw the staff wearing masks so that's a plus.
Menu not changed to breakfast, no Idea what they offer. Only got a drink and Cinnabon bites. Those were even on the cool side. Sad.
