Coffee is great, baked items are better. I liked the fresh blueberry pot tarts.
Tried Their dragon eye house blend double shot coffee and it was good. Small outdoor seating available with trees on the background. Looks like it had lot of options to explore
Truly not focused on the customer. When you try to contact their main office about an issue, you get the cold shoulder very quickly. The talks with staff prove they are a product-focused company, but when customers get treated unfairly, you really do not have a product (to sell).
Visiting from out of town. In two tries at this location. 1 st time took forever. 2nd time... completely did not make my order while I waited. No concern at all why I was waiting. After asking where order was..blank look..then ok we will remake. Recondition go elsewhere for coffee..the coffee is no better or worse than any other coffee shop

People who work here are incredibly nice. Good climate for meeting up with friends or doing some work. I like the quality of their coffee, tea and most of their pastries.
Did not like the service. We walked in 15 min before they closed. The guy (light hair) said they can’t serve any hot coffee or espresso. Why would they stop selling coffee if the store hour is open to serve customers until 9. Need to improve the service.
My to go place when I am in Ann Arbor.. I also get their cranberry scones and they are good as well
Went to Pmymouth location the day after Christmas 2021. The music was most annoying. Hip Hop rhitmic music is suited for clubs not coffee shops where people come to meet and chat, study, ear or read. A low volume soft neutral music is more suitable for coffee shops and restaurants. If anyone wishes to listen to any music with high beat these days, they can simply do that with their headphone or other personalized devices. I could not read nor eat peacefully with the music played at this location.
I always enjoy popping in here. The staff are always so welcoming and kind, and never rush you. I love the selection of baked goods and breakfast snacks, and they have a variety of seating options.
