I come here on my lunch break often, since I work around the corner. Very friendly staff & always fresh food.
Closes at noon with a sign on the door: “Closed for delivery truck.” It is frankly unbelievable for a restaurant to close during lunch, it is even more unbelievable that they regularly close this store arbitrarily(this is not her first time) and think a hand-written sign, rather than a modification of their hours, is enough.I would post zero stars if I could.
The workers seem like they hate their lives working. Need a bit of a culture change here. Food was made correctly and tasted good. Some better training around customer service though.
Decided they didn’t wanna ask me for any sauces and when I asked them to open back up and throw mayo and sweet onion on my sandwich they instead just gave me containers which took 5 mins to do anyways.
Second time trying to go to this location, door locked, open sign on, the door states they are open. I even called to make sure it's wasn't a mistake. No answer.
The queen that was working this afternoon(2/28) around 3 really turned my day around. I was having a rough day and she was kind and made an amazing sub. Thank you!

I arrived prior to 7:30 pm and their doors were already locked. Posted times online and on the door say 8 pm. Poor service.
It's subway. Workers seem depressed. I would be too.
