The staff is so friendly and even gave me a free cookie after my coupon expired!The beef tariyaki is okay but good enough fast food for a quick and convenient lunch!

Really great service at this small location close to campus. Noticed my sandwich had been baking for too long and remade it for me—very kind and my food was delicious!

The food and customer service was good. I wish there was some sort of seating either inside or outside of the building.
Went in more than 15min before close and was refused service. I had called 5 minutes before going to Subway to make sure they were still taking orders, and although I was informed they would take my order, they refused me service in store. Additionally, the person working was not wearing a mask when I walked in and was working with the food at the time

Among the best Subway sandwiches around, but the hours are confusing. Even Google Maps doesn't know when they're open. The Subway app will let you order and even pay...even when they're closed.
The worker at 902 S. Street, Ann Arbor, was not wearing a mask as he prepared food and rang up customers. He refused to give me the manager's name or his name. In light of COVID 19, I believe all food workers should be wearing masks.
