Ordered a Caramel Machiato. Person at counter said they use vanilla syrup instead of caramel. Ordered extra syrup, but nobody knew how many extra pumps.

They never put whip cream on it when I ask for it….like ever. I get it Happens once or twice, but every single time guys? Come on lol and when I ask for extra hot I swear they make it extra room temp. I keep going back to give them the benefit of the doubt but COME ON. Imma have to move on I guess which sucksssss. Do better.
I liked my drink but they didn't ask if my wife wanted hers hot or cold and they put in almond milk instead of soy.

Will have to give this one a 3 stars. Every time i pull in to the drivethrough the line is soooooo long and service is sooooo slow that i have to leave. They also are not opening the lobby for walk ins either.
Sat In the drive thru for 25 minutes just for a worker to come out and tell me they close in 5 minutes and aren't serving anyone else. I was next up to order. I would suggest going to a different store that doesn't refuse to serve people that waited almost 30 minutes
