I ordered a toasted oat milk expresso with caramel drizzle. Once again for like the 5th time..... zero caramel drizzle. If you aren't going to put it in my drink stop charging me for it! My breakfast sandwich was icy in the middle.
It's a Starbucks so... it's fine if you have no interest in going to any of the many local coffee shops.
I will say, I’m normally a person who tries to understand and give extra grace to food service places, especially lately with staffing shortages. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this Starbucks today. I placed a mobile order early, since lately it seems like most Starbucks take longer to make drinks. Even though I tried to account for extra time, I spent an additional 25 minutes after the expected time waiting for my drink, which never appeared, despite a couple assurances from staff that my drink “was next in the queue”. I eventually tried to get a refund, but since I had paid with stars on the app, they only gave me $4 in return for my time and lost stars. While the staff was kind, I was very disappointed in this experience. Would not recommend this Starbucks and I will not be returning to this location.
I work nextdoor to Starbucks, I have never been to a Starbucks in my life ‼️ I'm sure it must be good because the traffic that goes through the drive thru is asternomical ‼️☕☕☕☕
Love their Lg Hot Tea Chia Latte. Their sausage-egg sandwich is quite bland. Maybe I’m used to all the preservatives McD’s might put in their’s. One of 2 #DriveThrus in Washtenaw County. Has my vote every time!
I'm so irratated. I agreed to get my son a starbucks coffee as he has bought into the idea that this coffee is somehow better than other coffees. So I got in line 45 minutes ago to get him an over priced cup of Joe. The only time I see this line move is when someone gives up and leaves. I called the store to find out if they are open. Yep, their open, just "busy". Please explain to me how it can take over an hour to get a cup of coffee? A small list of things I can do in less time..dental work, surgery, highlights, a good show, dinner, a popular rollar coaster ride, brain surgery?
Parked and walked in, first mistake was parking by the drive thru line. They were out os some ingredients so my regular order was changed to a basic hot chocolate. It was good but backing out of the parking space was a nightmare.

I have a nut allergy and i call to ask them to clean everything before i go every time i order. And yet i am still allergic to their coffee everytime i go. This is not a 1 off event this has consistently happened whenever i go there, and this is not a problem for any other coffee place i have asked for this exact same request at.
Could you use a fancy pick me up beverage or snack? Try this Starbucks! Staff is friendly, beverages are made perfectly every time. Nicely kept and very clean.
