The bathrooms were disgusting. Staff did not pay much attention to our orders and when we asked regarding a few things, they just ignored
I was given a five dollar gift card, which didn't buy much. The portion sizes of the premade food in the display case was a joke. The interior felt cold and unwelcoming, I stood in a line for a couple of minutes before seeing a tiny sign saying it was the preorder line, an arrow pointing for me to the other end of the store. The parking is a nightmare, very limited and cramped, as it shares the lot with other businesses. I won't go back.
I’ve been to many stores in Michigan, and other states. This store is one of the best of them. This team understands customer service and does it well. Been going here for over 7 years now and I don’t mind spending my money here. Ghosh… it took me this long to write a review.

Amazing service! We came here in solidarity for unionization efforts. The staff deserves it. They are hardworking and kind. We will only come back if the store unionizes successfully!

Terribly no concentration during work.Unlike other Starbucks store, green ice tea here is ice water. Very little of tea concentrate.Put sandwiches in a broken white small bag, so that the food drop on the group when I lift bag up.
Great staff, fast service, our peppermint mochas were delicious! We don't usually stop in this one, parking can be a little crazy but a positive experience all around!
