Service is fine, coffee (americano) is average, passing grade.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the last negative experience, because I thought they were just training new people, but I'm now done with this location. Today, I ordered my drink (a latte) and saw her write my name on the cup for a hot drink. Somehow, a lemonade came out for me. I told them my correct order, and they then made an iced latte. When I said that I didn't ask for iced, the person went off on me about how she couldn't have known that and I should have said I wanted hot. I still wonder what happened to that original cup for a hot drink...

The customer service sucks. Those people always give you a bad look as if you owed them a lot of money. I don't get it, if you don't like your job why don't you just stop doing it.
