This was such a wonderful environment. The man with the mustache (he was working the register when I visited) was an absolute joy. He was punctual with taking our orders and he was so kind! If I could give 6, 7, 8 stars, I would! I cannot recommend this location enough. All the staff was wonderful. The environment they foster is one of peace instead of stress which tends to be the tone of the environments in the other Ann Arbor locations I have visited (yes, I am talking about State street Starbucks, that location is pure chaos).

I used to love this Starbucks but now, after learning they are union busters, they will no longer be getting my business. I would always get Starbucks for me and my crew before my daily shifts in Ann Arbor but now we will be finding another, more ethical, coffee provider. If I could give this location 0 stars I would but I can’t so I give it 1 star.

Firing someone for trying to organize a union deserves zero stars. All employees deserve respect and fair treatment, and for you to fire a hard-working employee for seeking these rights is shameful and disgusting. I'm tired of these big corporations thinking that they can get away with treating their employees like dirt. Start treating these people like the human beings that they are. Please do better, Starbucks.

No problems with the staff or workers itself, but frankly I can't support a store that engages in union-busting. It's a disgusting practice, and the fact that this store propagates it disgusts me. Workers are already treated poorly enough in this country, and actively fighting against them working towards better treatment is instant grounds for a no-go in my eyes. Change your ways, starbucks. People aren't gonna keep supporting this. Unions are a right in this country and you have absolutely no right to treat organizers the way you do.

I like a good cup of coffee... However, I like a company that allows its workers to have a union more. Starbucks's recent efforts of union-busting has led me to no longer support their company. Firing a union organizer has no moral reasoning, and truly shows the true colors of how the company is really ran. No unfair labor practices should be ensued. Ever. I am extremely disappointed in the decision and will no longer be attending this business.

The drinks and staff are great, but these union busting tactics are actually disgusting. No matter what they say, this is exactly the kind of thing that shows what a corruption can do to the working class. The other day a team member was wrongfully fired to try and stop the unionization of local star bucks. I have friends that work at other stores trying to unionize. If they think that this is the sort of thing that's just going to fly under the radar they're dead wrong.

Starbucks Just Fired Yet Another Union OrganizerI personally think that’s disturbing that Starbucks won’t allow people to form a union. We are a free nation that should let people form a union. If you keep firing your staff you won’t have anyone to run your place. I really hope people can come together to stop people from being fired over forming a union.?

Good customer service and atmosphere

Nettes Personal und guter Kaffee

I start every single day with Starbucks. I find it to be a crucial part of my day now more than ever since I’ve become a remote worker. It gets me out of the house in the morning and it’s a comfortable place with Wi-Fi where I can plan out my day. Starbucks truly makes life better. I love Starbucks so much!
