Quality not quantity. Delish food but servings is not as much. In my opinion its worth it though.

My friends and I were in search of something different. Visiting Thailand several times, I can say that we all enjoy Thai food and decided to give Siam Square a chance. At first glance, the restaurant is attached to the outside of a one star hotel (I'm sure it was a grand hotel in the 60's). Don't let this fool you. I would highly recommend you to simply go ahead and venture inside for a closer look. A bit hesitant on the outside, we went ahead inside. We were promptly greeted and seated in a wonderfully styled Thai restaurant. Looking around the room, you could feel like you were in Thailand. We were promptly waited on. A young gentleman was incredibly prompt and polite. We ordered many items such as: the appetizer sampler, Panang curry, pineapple fried rice, duck, and for dessert we tried the sticky rice and mango. The appetizer sampler, consisting of shrimp roll, vegetable roll, karree puff, fried wonton, fried tofu was an excellent way to begin our meal. If you have to pick just one of these to order as an appetizer, please try the karree puff. This was so delicious, you have to try. The }anang curry dishes, one with chicken, the other with tofu were superb. The Panang curry was perfect with the coconut juice. The duck was prepared perfectly. The pineapple fried rice was delightful and you could almost eat this for a dessert. Least but not least, the dessert which was sticky rice and mango. The mango was on the border of sweet and tart, but together with the sticky rice and milk, it was to die for. I only wish I had ordered another to take home. If you're looking for something a little out of the ordinary, I would wholeheartedly suggest you to try Siam Square. Forget the building it's attached to, and head inside and enjoy a delicious Thai meal, and don't forget the sticky rice and mango dessert.

Solid 4.5 to 4.75 stars rounded to 5.Pros:- Excellent service- Excellent atmosphere and decor- The quality of the taste of the food is excellent.- The presentation of the food is excellent.- I really like this place. (I like the location, I like the parking I like that it’s a little hidden away but still easy to get to, I like everything about it)- I feel this is an underrated restaurant people don’t know about.Needs improvement:- I really like this place quite a bit that’s why I’m not removing stars for this but this is just my advice: some prices especially on the Thai iced tea and the other teas are higher then they should be in relationship with the amount of effort and cost to make them, in my OPINION I would recommend lowering the cost of the Thai ice tea to $2.99 and the tea pots should be at $4.99 (in the long run it will benefit you a lot more but that’s just my thought). The cost of the main dishes have gone up, but quality definitely makes up for that and the cost is due to the times for living in so I understand it and will not gripe about it here. Conclusion:Went here for two both res celebrations at the same time absolutely love this place they do an outstanding job and outstanding service I think the service goes a huge way to make people happy. They also give a free fried ice cream per birthday, which was absolutely delicious. In my opinion this place is awesome to try out. We will definitely be back.

Was one of my favorite Thai restaurants until recently because the last few visits were disappointing. They must really be cutting corners because I was given a child size portion for $15. This is about 1/3 of the usual and I order the same thing every time.

Thai Ice tea with a bear is quite an experience! Also their Tom Khar soup is yummy! Decorations and interior is fabulous and hand curved! It’s a place hidden in the middle of nowhere but it certainly is worth the trip!

Had this place so many times. Idk what's happened to them recently but the pad ke maw noodles are normally red and spicy and saucy and what we got were white dry noodles with pepper flakes and undercooked broccoli. Also tasted vinegar-y not sure what that is. Pad thai had no peanuts and was not tasting good without the normal flavors. Sad I have to find a new Thai place.

This has been our favorite Thai place in Ann Arbor for 15+ years. I've been disappointed in the last few visits, however, and today's order was particularly bad. Pad Thai had little flavor, no bean sprouts, no obvious egg, scant green pepper, only three pieces of chicken, and noodles were very over-cooked, with sauce very unevenly mixed. Tom Yum soup tasted mostly just salty and like it had been made from simple bouillon; no complex flavors. Curry was watered down more than creamy and had very little chicken. Not sure if owners/cooks have changed or if the pandemic caused cost saving measures that decreased food quality, but I'm feeling sad and disappointed and missing our favorite Thai food.

One of my favorite places for Thai food in Ann Arbor. Really good decor, great ambiance. Love their food, you could never go wrong with them, but I love their pad Thai, panang curry and their fried wontons are probably my favorite. The people are really and friendly, never a dull conversation with them haha.

It was a wonderful experience, first time in this beautiful place, the service was excellent, I recommend this place to anyone who has a taste for cuisine food. Oh don't forget to request the Thai tea, it is the best thing I ever had.

This place is just wonderful all around it filled my heart with joy to finally get to go and everything was so delicious. The green curry was delicious and my none tea drinking friend fought for the last drop of tea. (^_^)
