This is the best vegetarian restaurant I've been to (with the possible exception of Seva Detroit which is the same as far as I can tell). Vegetarian food done right with huge ingredient lists put together with culinary expertise. They don't usually focus on copying meat dishes, which in my opinion is where many vegetarian & vegan restaurants make mis-steps. This is where to take your non-vegetarian friends out to eat. Everything we've tried on the menu is fantastic, there don't seem to be any mistakes. Better than most vegetarian & vegan restaurants in large cities like NYC or Chicago (no joke).
Love this place! Just visited this location for the first time, server seemed new but the food was great! Best sweet potato fries and loved the sauce with them! We will definitely be coming back as everything tasted great and fresh!
The food was excellent! Our server seemed a little new but he did a great job. The dessert was to die for! Tiramisu cheesecake and some other chocolatey cheesecake both so creamy and delicious made from heaven!
The dining experience was pleasurable the food very palatable the selections is for celiac and gluten free or about average when it comes to the knowledge of the staff is pertaining to the allergens for gluten and celiac they seem to be very knowledgeable and be able to direct you as to what items to order they even have two separate menus one that contains gluten allergies and the other menu also has a greater detail of the ingredients of each item which I was impressed by.The gouda deep fried cheese balls are wonderful item however they lack umami there is a dire need for improvement in flavor such as some white or black winter truffle dust would really set this dish offThe entree I had was the breakfast scramble it was well prepared delicious excited the taste buds and the presentation was pretty remarkable top with avocado.In my in my dining experience I also enjoy the chai tea coffee as they have a full coffee bar as well as a bar for all the alcoholic beverages you would like to enjoy.
I have loved this place since I went to their first location downtown as little girl! Their vegan options are amazing! They have a beautiful decor and lovely staff! Call ahead if you're going for lunch on Saturday! We had reservations but there was still a wait - well worth it!
My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. We shared white bean chili and general tso’s cauliflower as appetizers. The portions were huge and very filling. We were almost too full for our entrees! My daughter loved the burrito. My enchiladas were tasty as well. We both had some leftovers to take home and enjoyed them the next day. Still just as good. I haven’t been to the Ann Arbor location since they moved, but we will definitely be back. (The Detroit location is fabulous as well).
The beyond burger was one of the best vegan burgers I have ever had. The first bite had so much flavor in it I couldn’t wait to have more. My husband got the Jambalaya and he said it was delicious, the “sausage” was crispy. The Chocolate Raspberry Cake is also delicious. We will definitely be back when we are in town again.
Stopped by during my lunch hour and the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the General Tso's cauliflower and the Pad Thai with Tofu! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
Of few places I can eat out left as a vegan. I can rely on Seva for good food and kind service. Plenty of space between indoor patrons(all masked when not eating) and safe serving. Wish the drinks cost less.
Very good food with easy options for vegans as well. Would definitely go there again soon.
