Absolutely incredible coffee and expert baristas abound here at this gem. You can find their heavenly beans all around the Ann Arbor area but if you have time to spare, I highly recommend you allow the experts to fix you a magnificent concoction.
Amazing staffGreat selection for coffee and snacksGreat vibesAwesome place to chill with a cup of coffee and just hangout

Their cheesy potato burrito was PERFECT! Great atmosphere and pretty good coffee as well.
Wow! Delicious coffee and super friendly staff!
Got hooked on Lobster Butter Love blend at Argus Farm Market on W. Liberty and then visited Roos's E. Liberty location where I bought a few bags to bring back to New York, and promptly ran out of beans waaay too fast. Smart, thoughtful husband ordered a BIG box for us for Christmas, which made our Covid Quarantine much more tolerable. Tried Bad Ass Women Blend (fab - vying for #1 position with Lobster Butter Love) and Mother Pheasant Plucker (equally fab), more Lobster Butter Love (of course) and LBL decaf. On our latest trip to A2 this past weekend, we went to the uber spot on Rosewood -- where the beans are roasted -- and continue to be besotted with the coffee, the service, the overall vibe. If you love coffee like we do, just, go. Go to whatever spot you find yourself in when visiting Ann Arbor. Argus on W. Liberty or Packard, or Roos locations on E. Liberty (near the U of M campus), or Rosewood St., or, if you're lucky enough to be in A2 on a Saturday, at the Farmer's Market. Enjoy.
Great light roast. Delicious lemon and pistachio bread. Chill vibes.

Environment: 5Staff friendliness: 5Drinks: 4I love the design and colorfulness of RoosRoast’s interior and merch. Their cappuccino was also smooth and strong despite my deflated cap and I’d love to try some of the beans they sell sometime!
