This is a great place to dine at if you are planning to shop at Briarwood Mall. Great food, friendly staff, clean, I mean what else could you ask for? Enjoy. They do have a Statue of Liberty replica holding a burger; never noticed that while working until one day. Have a great time. Shoutout to my former coworker, Latoya or “Toy” who like all the rest does an amazing job.
In the pouring rain, nobody to assist a handicap person in a wheelchair and my sister. They sat us all the way in the back behind the bar and then 2 servers ignored us. Our food was great, until we ordered dessert to go. Our order was incorrect and the cake was so hard you could bang it on the table. This place is not wheelchair friendly and the service was terrible. For $30 a person a burger place should have fantastic service!
Food was good for lunch. Waitress seemed to forget about us a lot as we spent most of our meal waiting for refills. Wanted to order a birthday dessert but when she finally came around she brought the check and we didn't want to wait any longer so we just left and went elsewhere for dessert.
CANNED MUSHROOMS on the "Sautéed Shroom Burger" with too much garlic salt. I could have had a GREAT mushroom and Swiss burger at CULVER'S for 1/2 the price, no tip and no having to follow-up with the wait staff (because, in an empty bar, they couldn't check on me). I sat at a high top table in the bar area. Took 10 min to get a bottle of beer and longer for the food. The bar has 2 customers. One young kid running the bar by himself. Food was barely warm when I got it and no iced mug came with the bottle of ALMOST cold beer. Had to ask the bartender where the beer was as he was making other drinks. $20 for burger, cooled off fries. Polite staff, and understaffed like most places but, was still ignored from start to finish. I was considering dessert to go, but I was never asked if I wanted anything else and put the bill on my table with a very friendly thank you. Still left a 20% tip, but management needs to get a real grip on their staff training. Didn't see anyone in charge at 4 p.m. today. Again, polite staff that are ineffective.

Completely new to this location and have not been to a Red Robin since before the COVID pandemic. The service was slow. Burger sizes seemed significantly reduced from what I recalled. The dining room was rather scarce. Restrooms could've been better kept up with. Thankfully, everyone's food still tasted delicious.
No staff in this place. Chili was like paste. The people working there are doing the best with what they have, burger was fine. No manager on site, place was empty, but it was a 35 minute wait for a seat in dining room. Sat at bar, food took 35 minutes. No kitchen staff. Avoid it.
Hostess was useless!! It was not that busy when we visited and many diners had left and we had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated. The wait staff were working very hard to take care of their customers, but the hostess couldn't be bothered to lend a hand, she just stood there. Our server did take good care of us and our food was good!!
I had an amazing experience today at the Ann Arbor Red Robin. My server ROSS was phenomenal. Extremely aware of our needs and anticipated every refill or anything else you can think of. The food was flawless as well. But me server should be commended! Great job Ross. Ask to be seated in his section. You won’t be disappointed!
