The picture I added to my review is how I opened my $10 bowl today. I usually have no issues with this Qdoba location but everytime I've gotten a bowl lately, the lid always comes off so my food goes everywhere in the bag. It's inconvenient to pay $10 for a bowl and have half of it spill out before you get to eat it. This bowl barely has any tortilla strips or guacamole in it. I'd really like a refund for this bowl since I didn't get what I paid for anyways.Also, I ordered an online order and had to wait an extra ten minutes for it to be made. I stood there by the pick-up shelf watching orders be made before mine when I submitted my order way before them. I understand the under-staffed thing right now but teach your employees not to rush and not to throw peoples food in a bag. Make orders in the order they were received.
Our mini chicke bowl was excellent. Our vegetarian bowl ended up with a few pieces of chicken. Need to be more mindful.

This place has totally gone down hill. Normally I am getting something from them every week but tonight at 7:00 when I went there 2 VERY rude employees tell me they are only doing online orders. I went to the very good Chineese restaurant next door and they did not have any problem taking care of me. DONE with this place.
None of the workers are wearing masks. Even if there weren't a global pandemic, it would be too much breath on my food
I'm a regular at this place and quite frankly appalled at the level of treatment I've gotten the past few days. Every time I go in to order this same person gives me a hard time with my orders. Today I went in to get a free order since I have the required 3000 points on my application, and this person refuses to honor and tells me "You can use it next time, but not now". What kind of nonsense is this? What's the point of accumulating these points just to have you guys refuse to honor it? I requested to speak with the manager, and this person said they are the manager, which he isn't since his coworkers told me he wasn't. I don't know what the deal with this guy is, but this is unacceptable behavior. This person is working the cash register today, I don't know there name, but they appear to enjoy being difficult for no reason. He refused to give me his name, and even put a random place holder name on the receipt.
Love Qdoba! This location has always been very consistent and staff are friendly and accommodating.
I’ve been trying to order here for the past week, but every time I stop by the store I’m told everyone is to busy to ring me up... So I just leave without any food.
Ordered a burrito with practically everything on it and they didn’t disappoint. service was fast, restaurant was clean, and food was fresh.
Used to be better. No masks, waited in an empty line for 5+ minutes. Employee didn't know the ingredients to the chicken protein or cholula bowl, so I had to look it up, which received an eye roll
