Good. Staff not super friendly but food was good. Place was clean.
Ew! This place was filthy. The floor was stickier than a Times Square jerk booth. They took so long to make my sandwich I was ready to give up and leave.Never going back!
The sandwich itself was really good. The issue is that this lady making me the sandwich said “that’s a big sandwich for a small guy”. I just think it was an unnecessary comment and it was embarrassing since other workers were laughing.

What a disaster! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 70 years of life. I ordered from them about a month ago and called 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be at my house. Turns out they didn’t have a delivery driver and DoorDash decided not to pick up the order. I got a refund. I had one successful order a couple days later that did make it to my house. Today, October 7, I placed an order with them to be delivered by 2pm. 10 minutes after two I called them and ended up speaking to someone who said DoorDash has the right not to deliver if it’s more than 5 miles. I am 4.9 miles away from their store. The lady was unbelievably rude. I raised my voice simply because of her attitude. She NEVER once said she was sorry. Told me she would process a refund. I won’t post this until I know that I got the refund. When I asked her her name she refused to give it to me. She just said I’ll be here the rest of the day in case you call back. I was in the hotel restaurant business for more than 40 years and have never seen or experienced service as poor as this. I will not be going back. This store should not be allowed to stay open. It will fail because of service like this and their attitudes towards customers .
Absolutely awful! If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order for delivery, it has been two hours and trying to call the shop has been useless. I was told to hold then set down and now I can hear people talking while ignoring the phone. Called back and spoke with Dominique who was absolutely awful. As a manager, you should have better customer service skills. Thankfully the general manager called back. I get that things aren't great right now but this was awful. Hopefully we get the refund.Emailed the address given in the response 5 days ago and still haven't received a response. This is awful customer service.

Very rude workers said they wouldn’t make shakes cause they don’t want to, as well as laughing at me for only getting a water (sorry you wouldnt make me a shake) Honestly pretty laughable service overall not coming back.
Food was good but the employees were kind of rude and I felt I was a bother to them. Bottom line it wasn't a pleasant lunch experience.
Little pricey but a good sub.
