I do doordash to this place all the time and I love the energy and the attitude of the employees,I got some ice cream from stone cold on the left xD, I’m actually vary amazed how good of a sub this is,Italian with mayo and Italian seasoning and it’s so good and spicy, love so much about this place and should be more popular :)
Quick, organized and delicious. Though the hot peppers are a little hotter than I thought they would be.

Food is fine. Don't order online, because you could be on time, order a new sandwich in person and get it before your online order.
Have been very disappointed with this location. Every time I order online, it always says ordering online is unavailable. If it is available then it will not let me order past 5pm. I know for a fact that this location is open until 7pm. It is only a matter of time that this location will be out of business. Poor management.
This is the THIRD time you’ve cancelled my order when it clearly says you’re open. Don’t advertise you’re open if you’re not. It’s rude when I pay $30 plus for an order for my staff and it gets cancelled multiple times and then you can’t even answer the phone? I won’t be giving you my business anymore
Got the big wreck with bacon and everything on it. Wonderful sandwich, filled me up for lunch and I even have half for dinner tonight.

Or office ordered salads for lunch and received a salad labeled farm house but was a apple cranberry salad instead. We called and let them know their mistake and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. We would have to bring it back and they would give us the correct one. Jimmy Johns would have had the correct item over with no charge if they made a mistake. Terrible customer service, and no refund for the missing item. If we could go out we wouldn’t have had it delivered. Shame on them.
Good food. Nice atmosphere. Enjoyed dining at outside tables. Easy in. Easy out (because I knew to use West shopping center exit to turn Left onto Washtenaw Ave at the traffic light!).
