The malt was to die for. Pizza and chipati were also very good

We had a fairly large group of people dining together, and Pizza House accommodated all of us beautifully. We sampled a large variety of pizzas and entrees, and they knocked it out of the park with every single thing. Service was excellent too. We're definitely coming back next time we're in Ann Arbor.
Good experience at Pizza House. The summer calm makes the restaurant feel very responsive to your needs.
Good food and fun atmosphere
Food? Great as usual. Service? Great as usual.Price? OUTRAGEOUS.Now, I have been going here since they were, literally, a house across from Rick's. It was the go-to for a late-night snack. This weekend I dropped in for mother's day - no wait, which was nice - and we each got a small pizza, and then a plate of feta bread to share. No drinks, just water.TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for four people.YES, "Read the menu closer, dude!" YES, "Read the prices, dude!"Etc etc. Fine, Caveat Emptor. I get that. I feel that you guys have priced yourselves out of the market. No wonder there was no line - I don't see us coming back. The kicker I think was the feta bread. $27.50 for a plate of baked dough with some cheese sprinkled on top. That part? I truly, truly don't understand.(Also, the bbq burger-to-go for our under-the-weather son was overcooked and dry. Sucks for him.)R
Excellent food, great service.
Their website suggested reservations and so we made them ... they were completely unnecessary. The restaurant wasn't really crowded, but they put us at a table near and extremely large party which meant we waited 10 15 minutes to have a server come over and take our drink order.I'm not sure if this is a post-pandemic thing or not but menus aren't provided, a broken tablet was shared, but for quicker service, it was suggested that we use our cell phones and scan the qr-code to see the menu and place our order. Admittedly, I am a little Tech challenged so needed help accessing their menu which was annoying. All ended well with an attentive server who got us a working tablet, a delish Chicago-style deep dish pizza and a shared hot fudge sundae. We will definately return for a taste of Chicago in Ann Arbor!
The food was very good and our waitress was great also.
Wide array of menu choices for college students to grandparents.
