Salad was good, the soup had great flavor, but needed to be served hotter. The employees were friendly and courteous. My overall experience would have been 5 stars, but there were area that need sweeping and a large pile of dishes that needed to be removed.
I really enjoy coming here to study. The GM here is such a sweetheart, as well as the employee at the registers in the morning, and all of them. They always get my oder correct, as well as in a timely manner. Customer service is so important in this industry and all the staff here get an A+. They are also on top of making sure the dining room is always looking neat. Props to the GM again, he is very hard working, personable, and always brings a smile to my face :)
There are six orders here awaiting delivery. Not one is mine. Ten customers and/or drivers waiting for orders. If you are too busy to handle delivery orders along with your in person customers, please turn your delivery apps off so you’re not wasting drivers’ and customers’ time waiting on you. Thank you.
Found a hair and a piece of wood in my salad. Couldn't believe I found the piece of wood! First time this has happened. won't be returning
This review has NOTHING to do with the staff, everyone that works here is very nice and friendly. Panera in general really deserves a ZERO STARS tho! The quality of food has literally hit the bottom of the floor over the last few years. All of their salad dressings are absolutely disgusting! The last time I went there I ordered a French onion soup, but you might as well call it onion soup because they forgot the croutons and the cheese! Not coming back to Panera again!
I usually try not to give a bad review but this location is just so terrible at making the iced caramel latte. They mess my order almost every single time I come here. Apparently, they don’t read the order and don’t know the correct portions and ingredients. Very disappointed with this location.
If you really like thick beard. This is the place to eat. Not to mention all the Sweet's they have.

I love Panera enjoy any time I eat at any location. I’ve never personally eaten inside of this one because I always do take out but this rating is for that take out only experience
We ordered take out after procedures at the hospital. The app worked well and our food was hot and correct after the stated 20 minute wait. (We ordered two pick two combos and drinks.) There is clear signage to the pick up area. An employee double-checked my name and if I needed anything else. If you order coffee they just give you a cup and let you make it to your preference.
