Lunch service was somewhat chaotic yesterday. Very short line for ordering, but pick up was confusing. Staff there coordinating carryout orders and blocking access to the counter while platters for those dining in just sat on the counter.I was never asked whether I wanted bread, chips or an apple. They assumed bread. The small broccoli mac & cheese was *very* small, and was more like broccoli cheddar soup with a few pieces of pasta tossed in. Not worth $6!
Helpful, patient staff. Delicious food. Nice selection of dishes on the menu. I'm a vegetarian, my family isn't, and we all enjoyed our meals.
Order taker was relaxed and helpful. A surprising combination. Employers appeared to be working together very effectively--a well-run operation.
We had a to-go order. My wife and I have always LOVED the Strawberry Poppy Chicken Salad so we order that to split. It never disappoints. Ordered, too, a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich to share. Quality ingredients good size; but the whole sandwich was ice cold even, surprisingly, the bread! And, when will Panera serve bread that isn't so hard to chew - the crust is super tough. Maybe when the Company owners have dentures will they see what we mean. Amy was great. Brent, although we didn't get a chance to talk, looked super organized.
Never disappoints ? food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is always friendly. I highly recommend stopping at this location if you're in the area.
Good food. Same as all Panera restaurants. Would have preferred to sit at a booth but every single booth table in the main area was unstable. I don't want to spill coffee from a shakey table. Also, not enough lighting pointing down at the table. Overhead lighting is pointed at artwork. I prefer to have the light point down at the table so I can see my food better and any work I may be doing.
Good food, could eat here everyday if budget allowed. Staff was friendly and kitchen staff were working hard. Not as clean as I've seen other locations though, although I do realize it was a busy time. The order kiosk screens were so dirty, many tables not wiped and bathrooms could have used a freshen up.
There's a Panera 3 miles closer to where I live but I choose this location every time for the amazing service I receive from Wayne and the rest of the staff. Wayne goes out of his way to accommodate all of his customers in the best manner possible. Much appreciated!
I want to give a shoutout to Wayne who works the register. He is an amazing employee, his customer service is top notch. Always very attentive and personable. Even though there are tons of people who frequent Panera's everyday he took it upon himself to remember my name (yeah I do go in quite often). My Panera experience is always great because of him!
Great place to hangout with friends and be in a relax environment.
