Only one self order spot, so I ordered with the cashier. The soup was not even warm, the cheese was not melted, it was French onion, the salad was full of bacon, I can't have bacon. If I could have used the kiosk I would have been able to see that. No one was very friendly, the chef was telling a Co worker how slow they were and had been all day, so it wasn't busy.
Sat waiting for my food for almost half an hour because the team manager wrote “bato” for my order name, didn’t get utensils or my cookie. Chicken sandwich obviously tastes like it’s 30 minutes old although Im not sure it would be any better fresh. Waste of my time
I purchased a sandwich and pizza that had too much bread and lacking in ingredients (and taste). The items were not like those I've bought at Panera branches in other cities.
Excellent PB location. My wife accidentally ordered from a location across town and when I showed up here to collect the order the manager realized her mistake and shifted the order to here and I had my food in no time with no hassle.

Good service ordering out lunch today. Food is consisteynt tasty and portion size decent. I like the deli turkey and the Mediterranean chicken salad. Flat bread pizza was okay but could have used a little more time in the oven. Overall good value.
Never fails ! I’ve experienced this at multiple locations where they hide shriveled up, withered and yellow leafy greens underneath other ingredients! Great Job Panera !
Dozen bagels and Madagascar vanilla latte. Recommend the cinnamon crunch bagel and the latte as above.
The first salad I got was not good at all. That said, when I asked for a different one they remade one right away and even separated one of the ingredients so I could put in the amount I wanted. The manager was very apologetic and handled the situation well. I'll come back when I'm in the area.
Ann Arbor Plymouth Road Panera was an excellent choice for my dinner. I love their Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and their Brocculi Cheddar Soup. For dessert I got an Orange Scone. This is an easy location from I-23S. Lots of options available here for dine in or take out. Covid Protocols are being used. Handicap Accessible. Beautiful Ambiance, soft lighting.
