Came into this location today after a long day of hard work only to get let down, again they had no walnut shrimp as I was told they stop making it after a certain time..? Both employees seemed very eager to close the kitchen to prevent more customers from ordering. It’s like this every time and today the girl gave me all broccoli and 2 small pieces of beef lol, this place can definitely use a closing supervisor!
This Panda Express has really gone down hill. Constantly has stale food. Today the lady who made my bigger plate skimped out very heavily on food and only gave me a small scoop of one of the upcharge items. Rice is bland and flavorless. Have given it multiple chances but it's not getting better!
Ordered on mobile, show up to get my order and the woman behind the counter stops working on mine to help the people walking in. Waited an extra 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Don't think I'll ever go back here.
It was 8p and they close at 9. Dirty table everywhere, Noah in his own little world trying to sweep wouldn't let me get past to use the rest room. Out of white rice for my daughter, but had rice to make fried rice. Stuff wasn't fresh, won't stop here again. Two dufuss working the joint.
I think they had been miss managed for a bit, but seem to be pulling it all together now. I realize it's extremely difficult opening up a new restaurant in a pandemic & staff shortage situation. I'll let them have a chance to get their rhythm. They've always been good, hot, friendly and very clean imo. I would only say it's never recommended to go to a fast food restaurant or especially buffet right before they close. It's to be expected that there won't be much food and what they have won't be super fresh. Thats just being realistic. It's not Ruth's Chris.
Look, it's a Panda Express... However this one seems to be having trouble. They are regularly out of a lot of items. Last time I was there, the (I presume) manager stepped in to "expedite" the line, but as we were all waiting for food to be cooked all she did was mess up the orders for everyone. Ended up having to wait extra long, as the workers didn't know who's order was who's and what they were missing anymore. Additionally on more than one occasion I watched her scrape food out of the tray back into the serving bowl.
The staff was super friendly, really helpful, the food was fresh, and the portions were perfect. People need to chill with these reviews businesses are doing the best they can.
According to them that’s not black hair and the cook had black hair underneath her hat. Very disgusting. Do not eat here. They didn’t even bother to apologise or replace it and stated that’s black peppers. Will fileComplaint with health department.
Contacted the Washtenaw Health Department thanks to your restaurant. Got the sweet fire chicken and got extreme food poisoning from it... Chicken instantly tasted weird and the food was bland I should have tossed it. This place deserves to be shut down.
