Overall a good dining experience. We had to wait a bit for a host to come but were seated quickly after that. It was quiet, not a busy time. The food was fresh. I struggle greatly with available food options due to numerous dietary restrictions/allergies. We ordered dumplings, as those are my go-to, but also ventured out and attempted the orange chicken. When I asked, I was told it was more sweet than spicy. The chili came through just enough that I couldn't eat it, but my husband will enjoy it later this week as a meal. He enjoyed the spicy chicken. Our server was great, the quality was great, and most people we know would also recommend.

May 2022 - family went here for dinner. Service was slow that night but the staff was great. You could tell they are understaffed, but the ones working there did a great job getting food and drinks to us. Food was good. Pictured is the sesame chicken and didn't know this but fried rice was $4 extra. Dynamite roll was good.Knock on it was the food taste and what we received. For the 3 kids meal. My daughter ordered kids honey chicken. Did not come with anything. We had to ask and was told extra for rice. However, they forgot the fruit. Other daughter got kids fried rice and it was soaked with soy sauce. It was gross. My sister in law ordered signature lo mein chicken and she couldn't eat it. However, my child's lo mein was very good.Overall the food was good and like my sister in law said, we will chalk this one up as an off night.

This was perhaps the most absurd and unsatisfactory experience I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. I arrived to check in only to be told “Open Table reservations never work in our system” and that despite the restaurant being nearly empty they were “shortstaffed” and therefore I would need to wait 20 mins or more for a table. I literally asked the host if he was joking, because I was convinced this must be a joke. It was not. My advice to Open Table is to remove this restaurant from your platform because booking a table was a complete and total waste of my time. In addition, the Open Table app somehow had me checked in so I was not able to book an alternate reservation elsewhere. All around, completely ridiculous.

Upon arrival they had no record of our reservation. The restaurant was also empty except for four tables. We were told they only had two cooks and that staff had all called in and they were focused on carry out orders and did not think that they could serve us.

My bestie and I ate here and ordered quite a bit of food. The waiter named Jonathon, did a good job handling the chaos and kept us informed of what was available and what was not. He also gave bestie recommendations on food that was available that tasted good. Well done we will be back!

Jonathan did a fantastic job for me! He’s a great server and very attentive to all I needed. The food was fantastic - ginger chicken and broccoli. A perfect experience!

I've eaten at several locations many times and have never had a bad experience...this location was no different, food is always good. I love chinese and P.F. Changs is delicious, we had the hand made wantons (crab rangoon), mongolian beef, orange chicken and the ginger peach tea was great!

I do not normally do reviews. However I am still sitting in the booth, filled with delicious food and felt I must commend these amazing people on a job well done. Never been to P.F. Chang’s before. My girlfriend loves it though so naturally we ended up here passing through. Ordered the calamari ring things for an app ( first time) and not half bad. Then ordered the duck meal whatever it was called and wow. The best duck I have ever had in a restaurant. Veggies on point. Weird root thing I have never had told it’s a type of radish. Delish. That red sauce wowza. Spicy and bitter sweet. Mike was our server and very at tentative but not over bearing. We were a little needy being my first time and curious and what not. He was on point. Thanks for a great experience Mike. This was truly more than just good.

We had a party of 10 and we were on a time sensitive schedule. We were sat on the 4 seasons patio (Very nice. Great spot for a larger private party). Our server, Rob was great!!!!!!!We all came knowing what we wanted to order. Rob took our drink, appetizer & entree orders all at once and presented them to the table in a timely sequential order without making us feel the rush we were in. Such beautiful, smooth timing. Also, he checked on us frequently enough to make sure our needs were met but was not overbearing or anxious and kept our glasses filled. The food was good too. We ordered 4 appetizers for the table to share. It was plenty (someone with a small appetite could make a meal of one appetizer). We came in at the end of lunch and were able to order from the lunch and dinner menu. The lunch portion size was literally a large bowl. If you don't want to take leftovers, lunch is the time to go. Dinner portions are definitely larger. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Rob was a fantastic server! Super friendly, very attentive, was running all over trying to ensure each of his guests were happy. Special requests, spilled drinks, out of stock items.. he didn't miss a beat. We'll try a different appetizer next time as we didn't care for the crispy green beans but dinner was great.. we enjoyed our meals very much.We will be back!
