I am writing this while I’m at the restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken with fries. The fries were cold and the chicken was tasteless. This is my first and last time I’m so disappointed. I actually want to go to Wingstop next door because I could not finish my food at Olga’s kitchen

My waitress needed help! Overall though she did a great job. Food was decent, tables a bit dirty but they seemed understaffed so I'm not making a big deal about that. Doesn't taste like what I remember and honestly I probably won't go back so I'm going to say it was okay.

Not the Olga's I remembered from years ago! Was on my way home and decided to stop. Customer care was excellent. Very friendly informative. The original Olga's w/cheese didn't have much flavor. the meat didn't taste like it had a lot of seasoning over salted.

Olga's used to be one of my favorite places. We would regularly eat at the Toledo, Oh. location for years. Then, they closed this location. Sometimes I would just eat the Olga salad & a piece of fat free Olga bread as my dinner. The salad always had a wonderful light dressing...not light in calories, just not an overwhelming heavy dressing. Other times, it would be an Olga burger & cheese with a small side Olga salad. Then, the scourge of the world hit. We tried a takeout Olga's from a location in Monroe, Mi. That was rather disappointing...Now that the state of Mi. is mostly open from Covid, we thought we would visit the Ann Arbor location that used to be in a mall. Major disappointment. It was no longer in this location...& the few stores that were still there didn't open until after 11 a.m. That governor sure screwed that state up! Anyway, we found another location. First of all...no more burgers. So I opted for the original Olga plus. It came with the small Olga salad & fries. I also had what was supposed to be fresh squeezed lemonade. It was so syrupy sweet...definitely not natural sugar. Almost undrinkable. The lamb in the Olga was so strong tasting that my husband took some of his out. The Olga bread that it was wrapped in was doughy & seemed different from the old recipe. It even got mushy with the ingredients inside of it. The Olga salad, now comes to the table with the dressing on the side. I am sure this is not the same dressing that was used years ago as it appeared to be whitish & somewhat creamy. Tasted just OK. I hate rating this a 3 but actually, I will never go back. Just reminds me of the old adage, If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I arrived during peak lunch rush and I think they were a bit understaffed for the rush. Service was friendly and efficient. Place was clean, the food was great.I ordered an original Olga, and Olga salad, a tomato and cucumber salad, and a fresh squeezed lemonade.Yes it's too much food for me, but I wanted to try the cucumber and tomato salad it was good.

TLDR: waited 30 minutes to receive food that had been bagged and sitting for the majority of that time.Food was okay, service was bad. Order was projected to be ready at 5:50, and I ended up getting it at 6:20. Wouldn't be that big of a deal if my food hadn't been ready on time, and simply sitting on the table behind the register. The employee who met me at the desk did not check the order–which I had guessed was mine–and told me to wait until the order was on the pickup shelves. Ended up asking another employee who came to the desk ten minutes later, who knew what they were doing and handed me my order. Most of the food was good, although the fries were limp, due to sitting, and underseasoned–despite my requesting extra seasoning. The wrap was good though, as well as the snackers.Altogether a little bummed to have given the $5 on a prepaid tip...I try to support as much as I can while being a broke college student, wanted to treat myself to Olga's (20 minute drive there) as a reward for going to the gym consistently–ended up unhappy in exchange for losing 70 minutes and 25 bucks.Extra hit:Watched a lady take her receipt up to the front to pay after presumably waiting (not sure if the wait staff is supposed to take care of it). The servers were just standing around near the computers for most of the time I was waiting around inside.

The food is good, but be very careful if you order take out! I ordered 4 Original Olgas and 2 orders of fries To Go and waited inside. We were already home before we discovered they only gave me 3 Olgas! I even checked the receipt. It said Server:Lanae and Cashier:Staci, but who knows. We had to cut them in half and try to share so the kids could eat. I was so mad!

Host was uncertain where to seat us (2) restaurant had 5 tables max full. Then 10 min before we were even acknowledged by a server. Once that happened it was perfect.

Came in with my son to get lunch. The hostess was told where to put us by someone in a red shirt. Neither said hi or asked how many. Sat us down in booth in back left corner. Waited about 15 minutes. Every waitress walked by us, including the one in the red shirt, serviced their tables and nobody stopped to ask for our order or to see if we have been helped. We got up and left after not being serviced. Restaurant was not busy.

I ordered a Greek salad. The “salad” was basically a head of lettuce with a couple of toppings on it. I did ask for no onion, but it came with onions and no pepperoncini. I was VERY disappointed. Some of the lettuce was wilted and brown. I didn’t even finish the salad. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant.
