Quarter of the noodles were stuck together. They raised the price a dollar for chicken, so now I feel cheated. The taste was great though.
Great food I had it delivered
My partner and I came by, wanting to pick up take out as they were on call for their job. We ended up waiting 15 minutes for a cashier, because she was chatting with the customers that she must’ve known personally. Even after they finished their order, they kept chatting, with an entire line forming. During this time, online orders kept coming in. Finally after getting to the cashier, the cook stated to the cashier that it would be 15 minutes to wait for the food. Because my partner was on call, we couldn’t wait another 15 minutes on top of waiting 15 minutes for the cashier to take a personal conversation. Usually Noodles is a reliable place to go, but I was shocked at the service. I won’t be returning.
Usually decent. Usually. Lately they are so understaffed they mess up orders but they usually try to fix it. They are always telling people it will be a long wait which isn’t good because it’s supposed to be quick service.
Not sure where to start lol…The Mac n cheese is awesome and cheesy. If your feeling sexy add a grilled or Parmesan chicken breast. The steak udon noodles are to die for, my 10 year old said this is his favorite ?. The rice crispies are Gigantic and worth the price.
If you plan on parking good luck every single parking spot was filled EVERY SINGLE ONE and I just needed to literally run inside grab an order off the shelf and run back out so I parked in the only area available in the LITERAL one minute it took me to grab the order from the shelf a private security truck was giving me a parking ticket GREAT WAY TO CHASE OFF CUSTOMERS!!!!
The food is great and staff is accommodating
The food was good as always but the service was off tonight at this location. When we placed our order we were told the dining room was closed for eating due to a lack of employees. We said ok and waited for our food. Our cashier went back to the kitchen and her replacement didn't tell any other customers that. Our cashier could be overheard in the back complaining about the number of customers still coming in (it was a Sunday night at 7:30pm and they close at 9pm). We walked down to Starbucks to get drinks for the drive home and when we came back by the restaurant we saw multiple tables of people eating inside. I'm not sure what the issue was with our cashier and my family eating inside the restaurant but we were extremely disappointed with the situation.
The only problem I had was that the cleanliness for like some of the tables and food on the floor other than that the food was delicious the service was great
Placed an order for a full basketball team to find out that they cancelled the order when we got there because they are short staffed instead of telling us when we called it in that they were short staffed.Now I have a basketball team of hungry kids. They said they called us to tell us BUT WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A BASKETBALL GAME.
