The food is always good, but unfortunately there is a practice going on with carryout orders upon pick-up that I cannot be silent about anymore. Each time I call in a pickup order and get to the store I'm always told the same phrase as they pull up the payment screen for card payment: "Please press confirm on the pad." Or something along those lines. The customer is always instructed by the cashier to look for that confirm button.Nothing about tipping is ever mentioned. They never say "Take a look at the screen to verify your order or payment is correct." Nothing like that...it's always "Press confirm." So in a moment's notice, a customer is conditioned to just press that button and not look any closer. BUT there is ALWAYS a tip amount pre selected and must be changed to "No tip" (by pressing that button) to remove it. I'm sorry, but that's obnoxious. I'm paying for food that I come and pick up. The business sells food. I shouldn't have to tip because someone handed me a bag. Either pay your workers an amount of pay that is worth working for, or just increase your prices. Tricking customers into tipping on card by conditioning the customer in a moment to just not realize they're being swindled out of a a few bucks. I don't even know that the store IS even giving these tips to their employees in a fair way, and not just keeping it for themselves. This practice should come to an end. I'm considering calling the Better Business Bureau about it and making a complaint. And I WILL be keeping my eye on this review to make sure it's not paid to be removed. The public deserves to know the truth !
No Thai is great! It’s always very fast, delicious and the staff super friendly. I love getting the Thai Ice Tea and #1 and #3 from the noodle menu.
pretty much the most flavorless pad thai I have ever had. Usually get curry at another location, this was a bunch of noodles packed into a container with a very little else.
Drunken Noodles with chicken & meduim spice is my best dish ? It was so delicious with a hint of spicy & little sweet. Just like I love it. I also tried Drunken rice it was ok not bad but Drunken noodles was phenomenal
This is my second visit to No Thai, ever. The first time I ordered Pad Thai, Drunken Rice, and Nogi Rolls. There was hardly any flavor in either of the dishes and the rolls were so over cooked that the cheese was hard. So, I googled and re-seasoned the food. Today, I ordered the Curry Pad Thai and had the same result… the food had zero flavor other than oil and a slight sweetness. So, I googled and re-seasoned my food, again. I think I’ll try another location before I give up on the chain. Thai food is not bland!
I had an okay visit. I ordered drunken noodles with tofu which is what I always get but WAYYYY too much garlic was used this time. It’s overpowering the flavor I’m used to and I don’t too much like garlicky food
Guy answering the phone was super rude, it was noisy on their end and I couldn’t hear them properly, he hang up, I didn’t call back (didn’t want my food spat on or worse)…ordered at the Plymouth location, no issues and the food was great in addition to great service! (Tip your service workers generously ?)
Food is very spicy for 3 on a scale of 5.Person taking the order over the phone was rude.
Love the food every time. We wish they would open one closer to us.
My girlfriend & I came in & she asked for extra cashews because she forgot to add it to her meal , and the worker got annoyed , said that's not something they do.. and just slammed it down without saying a word . Then when we walked out yelled "enjoy your SIDE of cashews" in a condescending tone. I'm confused, is is that steep? Like I really don't understand why y'all act like that when it takes 2 seconds. Terrible customer service. When we got home one of our meals that was supposed to be vegetarian had chicken in it. I then called them the next day, the manager gave us 30% off our next meal. Thats all. What a slap in the face. Don’t bother going to this location
