Wow. About 8 flavors not working, the place was a mess, many extras completely empty. My 3 kids and I were the only ones in there, no one at the counter - seriously. Finally a teenager came out from the back and rung us up. They need to either hire more responsible people or train them better. Either way, the line at DQ isn’t looking as bad as it once was.

WHERE is the owner of this place?! This place is filthy. The trash is always overflowing. The workers just sit on their phone, joke with friends that come in, and watch people do disgusting things with the candy and fruit. Most of the machines are broken down or empty. There is zero effort into making this place clean and respectful. Next time I come in I will photograph all of the health code violations and send them to the health department.

I have been coming to this Menchies location for the past few years. However, I think last nights visit will be my last. Upon arriving, I noticed it was busy (totally fine, it means business is going great!). However, when I went to get my yogurt I was quickly disappointed by what I saw. A group of around 5-7 high school aged boys (who all smelled like a gym locker) were crowded around the yogurt machines continually refilling the free sample cups and laughing about it. When they finally moved on to the toppings I noticed that they were then using the same cups that just touched their mouths to scoop out the toppings from the containers and directly into their mouths again. Additionally, I watched one individual reach into a container with his bare hands and put the toppings into his mouth. I confronted them and told them they should not be using their dirty hands when there are clean spoons meant to be used right in front of their faces. Meanwhile there are 1 male and 2 female employees standing behind the counter probably 2 feet away watching it all happen. When I get to the counter to pay I tell the male who was working at the register what I saw and his response was “i don’t know what to do about that” and continued to ask me for my money. I cannot believe the blatant ignorance regarding hygiene that I witnessed at this establishment. At the very least changing out the toppings so that they aren't going into someone’s bowl who is unaware of what I witnessed would be acceptable. However, I was quickly dismissed and therefore I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the worst menchies and they are so rude! The websites flavors are often not correct. Ive literally called all day and they won't answer to give me the flavors over the phone. Their machines often don't work and they rarely change the flavors, also they don't keep original tart on deck so if you want something less sweet and more healthy look elsewhere. They often will close 15 mins before the proper time, I've literally watched them shut and lock the door on people when they are supposed to be open. They often don't have all the toppings and they never tell me to have a smiley day! Over all its worth the 25 min drive to Canton to get good yogurt and good service! Also Canton is open late. And they always have original tart on standby!!

Their flavor selection is alway limited or the same. Machines are always down. Suggest you look for a different place for sweets

Stopped here on our way to Ohio to get the little out of the car. I tried the mango and raspberry sorbet while she tried the mango sorbet with the mango boba along with some other bits. She totally gives it the yummy okay!

Very good. No corn syrup!! Some sugar free options and vegan options too.

I came here on a Friday evening and the teenaged boys who were working were sitting at tables with friends on their phones. I had to walk up to them to ask if they worked there and for assistance. All but 2 of the ice cream machines weren't working. After asking, the worker started turning them all on. Most of the toppings (all of the fruit) were gone. Again, I had to ask the worker if there were anymore toppings and he began to refill them from the back. We were the only customers in the restaurant around 7pm.

Yogurt was okay/decent. Wish they had more flavors. Lots of topping options.
