By far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. The fries are always right out of the frier, like burn-your-mouth fresh. The burgers are assembled with care and actually look like the product photos. I understand that this is fast food, so our expectations should be somewhat low, but this McDonald’s raises the bar substantially. We live MUCH closer to another location but drive farther to Zeeb road every single time. Also, the employees here are always in an emphatically good mood for some reason. I don’t know what management is doing at this location, but it should be studied by McDonald’s corporate as the model for their entire franchise.

I always order well done everything and swap my eggs and these guys nail it almost everytime. Great work! They must have a good managment/training staff here.
If you are too busy to keep up with delivery orders, please turn your apps off. Waiting 20 plus minutes for a delivery order is a ridiculous waste of drivers’ and customers’ time.
Lets admit it this real estate mogal isnt in it to provide quaility food to customers they make the worste food and make it look real. Im alway giving them the good ol 1 star dude to the fact that there cheese isnt even cheese maybe 10% cheese ?
In past 3 years I was never been able to get ice cream or shake. Their machine has been broken for past 3yrs and after covid-19 it is a supply issue.
For some reason, they won't make a sugar free vanilla ice coffee with decaf. When I told them to just add more ice, the flavoring, and hot decaf, they said it couldn't be done. It is done in the McDonald's down in Florida with no hesitation. Got to get a little more creative!...think outside of the box!
Decent service but why is this lobby stillClosed?Some people dine in.Not everyone drive thru.
I would like to personally thank you guys for reheating my 10 piece chicken nugget meal when I asked for it made to order thinking I wouldn’t notice ;)
Extremely fresh food but I will say the guy who handed me my food had super dirty nails so questioning the standard they hold their employees at for cleanliness.
