I respect the employees at this McDonald's because no one wants to work for low wages but these people are doing the best they can.
Rude staff. Stood inside for almost 20 minds with no help how can I help I'll be right with you or nothing. 3 ppl before me walked out including an elderly couple. When I did get someone attention and told them everyone left they didn't seen to care. As a business you should hire ppl that want to make you money ?♀️
Terrible…I’d give no stars if possible. On 4 different occasions I have attempted to go through the drive through well before they advertise closing time and nobody takes an order. I drive around and see workers inside laughing and talking to each other but nobody working. On the off chance I do get to place an order here they are quite rude and don’t seem to care at all about how they make a customer feel. I will never attempt to go here again.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Every time I go there it’s slow, I try to confirm my order multiple times and they always say they have it right. Then when I go up to the window they tell me they got it wrong and they can’t change it there. If there was an option to get lower than minimum wage I can confidently say these workers deserve it.
Looks like there needs to be a training class on how a cheeseburger should be put together. ??♀️
A little slow on the drive thru. New person (I think) on the register. In the past, the best Sausage Egg McMuffin ever. Usually pretty quick in service.
Went to the drive thru and a staff member told me they were closed at 9:50pm (they're supposed to close at 11pm) and there were like 4 cars in front of me actually waiting for food. So rude.
One of the worst McDonalds shake machine never works. When you order nuggets you get sauce. Not here you better look in your bag. Then when you ask for it they are highly upset. DON'T GO TO THIS ONE. SERVICE ROTTEN!!!!!!!!!
Worst mcdonalds in town. Go anywhere else but here! Fries was raw and cold. Won't give you service unless you wear a mask. Boycott this location
I realized macdonald is slow food in Michigan. Workers doesn’t want to work. I can feel it. Not enough staff and still not open the hall and takes 5 min to talk one staff. Learn from other state especially in Texas how they work and alive.
