Went in to this place in on my way back to Ohio, and the place was just dirty. There was food on the floors, tables were dirty, just didn't feel good to eat at. The people at the registers and handing out food seemed to care less about the customers and more about quickly getting back to the back. Beautiful place, deserves a lot better care.
If you're not going to serve a single customer for over 20min, you shouldn't act like your drive through is still open. And if it's because you're "backed up" don't tell the car waiting to order "one moment" and never respond again. The **least** you could do is let us know the expected wait time for service.
DON'T GO HERE! I waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes and no one ever took my order. They were definitely open and the previous people had ordered, paid and left. No one acknowledged I was in line, apologized and asked me to continue waiting. Nothing. They just stopped working and left me and 6 other customers waiting in the drive thru lane. Ultimately we all left. Horrible service.
I feel this place finally starts to pick up. Went there a few times during weekdays around 5pm, staff at drive through were very friendly. Unlike before, the drive through line is manageable now, I got my food within 10 minutes. I used the app to place order btw.
This place deserves half a stat quite frankly. We sat at the window without being greeted or even acknowledged at all for more than 5 minutes. The young lady working the window was wearing her purse and her hair wasn't secured back as it should be when working in the food industry. I am very dissatisfied with the staff here at this location. The older man (whom I would have to assume was in management judging by his attire) also ignored us.
Food has been fine for me when going here, but the wait times regardless of if you are eating in, taking out, or going through the drive-through are way too long. I understand they are possibly understaffed, but the speed of service seems to indicate more than being a few people short.
I don't know what this is supposed to be but I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal. The chicken patty was dry and had no condiments. I've had McChickens with more life than this. The fries were soggy, lukewarm, and underfilled. The iced tea was hardly sweet. This is on top of lines that are slow whether it's busy or not busy (it's usually wrapped around the building because of how slow it is). There's a dude who takes out the trash that is usually talking loud and using inappropriate language. But this meal, I can't believe someone made this and felt like that's sufficient for a customer who paid $8.
So rude. I work in food business so I know it gets busy so I was fine with the fact they forgot something from my order at the drive thru so I went inside with my receipt to ask for it. This red-haired woman working there gave me an absolute death-stare and proceeded to ignore me. Her attitude was despicable. After about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to answer me when I said “excuse me” the manager came over to give me my food (which only took like 10 seconds of his time) I kindly told him his worker gave me attitude and he just shrugged like I was the problem.
Waited in line for maybe about 20 minutes or more which I don't mind I know how it is in fast food when people call off. I finally get to the speaker and no one greets me or says anything and I don't here anyone greet the car next to me either. Which again I wasn't upset, I assumed maybe their speakers went down. After about 10 minutes of sitting there I pulled up to the window and asked them if they knew their speakers weren't working. The women at the window tells me "we aren't taking any more orders right now we're too busy" and when I asked her "but you didn't even say anything, there was just silence. Don't you think you should say your closed right now or something." She just laughed and shrugged. I get if you're busy and have to close, when I had worked in fast food we had to do that sometimes. But to just let people sit in line for 30 minutes waiting at your speaker and you don't even take the time to just say "I'm sorry we aren't taking orders" or litturally anything and just be silent, it's just rude and not respecting people's time.
This is the slowest laziest Mc Donalds I have ever seen. Plus, they are short staffed. A simple frozen coke took 20 minsThe staff just sort of shuffles around the place.
