The Pizza was the best around and absolutely delicious. The little blonde haired lady Anita at the counter was very friendly and super helpful and the really tall, cute biracial kid making My pizza was really sweet and made sure it was exactly how I wanted before he even put it in the oven. Their customer service was delightful and not something you see very often anymore. If I could leave a better rating I would 10 stars for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wish I could leave zero stars. The store is disgusting, the gentleman that are usually in here are rude and disgusting. I will never go back to this store. I was in here one time where the store looked amazing and the girl working behind the counter, who was all alone, was the nicest person ever. She told me she came from another store to help this location out. I wish I knew which store she worked at that would become my new location. I think her nametag said Jan or Jenna or something. This location really needs to get it together or shut down.

Everytime try order either they are done taking orders by 7pm or ignore calls and when show in person they are rude and still won't let order cause already apparently too busy, 2 guys were there none were working on any order,they were standing around bsing....

Marco's is really a great pizza chain, but that isn't really why I'm leaving this review. The food tastes great and they always have great specials running. I want to show my appreciation for this location specifically, though:I have been getting pizza from here for well over a year and never have I had a bad slice. It's conveniently located for college students without cars and the staff has always been friendly. Even during a global pandemic and the recent staffing shortages that have resulted from it, I am always greeted with a smile and a thank you when I come to pick up my order, and the quality of their food has not suffered a bit. While the somewhat irregular hours lately can be inconvenient, at least I know I'm getting quality service and food, so I don't mind having to place my order a little early. Keep up the great work!

Store is apparently now closed (11/8/2021). Hours were reduced previously (and seems there was inventory issues from previous comments). Now online orders can't be made, phone isn't answered, and store is dark. Whether this is a short-term staffing issue, a permanent closure, or attempted sale to new franchise owner, I don't know.

I sadly changed my rating from five stars to one, due to terrible customer service.Initially, I filled out the private survey and requested the manager follow-up. However, after about a month, I haven't heard from anyone. I was hoping the issue would resolve before I changed my rating, but we're afraid to go to this location now, but we wish we could.This was our favorite pizza restaurant, however after the last encounter, we haven't gone back. As I mentioned---we're afraid.The most recent visit, my husband called-in an order and the employee was incredibly rude. We were ordering pickup, so no worries, but he made it VERY clear it was pickup only, with an attitude. Then made some snarky comments about our request to have all of the toppings on the crust. At that point, I let it go. It happens.When we arrived, the employee was on his phone and huffed to go behind the counter and take care of us. Then we gave him our coupon (we always used our coupons and were regulars), and he didn't accept the coupon. He said it was for online orders only, and wasn't very nice about it. We'd used a similar coupon for call-in orders before... He was just getting worse and worse and it became obvious he didn't want to be there. There was an negative exchange between my husband and the employee, then the employee chased my husband out of the restaurant, shouting profanity, telling us to never step foot in the restaurant again.We'd been coming to this location for over six years, and we've NEVER had service like this before. Usually, everyone is so kind and they've always delivered excellent customer service. This time it was a nightmare, and because of that, we're afraid to go back. Never have I witnessed, customer service that horrific. He obviously doesn't want to work there, and shouldn't be working at the location with that kind of attitude.

Sadly giving a 1/5 star review. Have been a long, long time customer -- Happily. But today was HORRIFIC. From point A to B, the lone employee operating the store was HORRIBLE. He was rude on the phone, and in person. From being impatient / chastising on the phone, to being hardly greeted (sarcastically too), to not accepting a coupon because it was "online only", and finally being given the MIDDLE FINGER. AWFUL, AWFUL. Love the rest of my experiences there, the food, and other staff in general, but tonight SUCKED.

I have tried to order from here being our business is in the same plaza.1st he had no dough ..I wanted a sub. Second time closed at 7:45 can’t take any orders. This place has hrs of 10pm close and you can’t order past 7-8 pm and rude is a understatement. I patrol the lot for security and I have asked personally is it to late for a sub at 7:40 yup… Rude and disrespectful.
