We mostly order online and pickup. Orders have been perfect EVERY time for 2 years. Typically ready 5 minutes before their estimate but never late. Everything is amazingly good And I've tried the menu from top to bottom except fish. I hope they can ditch the Styrofoam and I hope to eat in more.
Very delicious authentic Indian. Food came out insanely quick.
Everything on the menu is great. Some of the appetizers you can tell are re-made after being frozen but they're still really good. They do an exceptional job with any chicken menu items, nice people, works fast even when busy, and have decent seating.
Honestly the food itself and the portions are good. The reason for this review is because they did not update their physical menus with their current prices so our table got blindsided when we saw our bills and saw more expensive entrees. Beware when you come here!
This place is so disgusting and help yourself to stay away. My husband and I just had a brunch here Jan 2nd, 2022 first time ordered Payasam, some chicken and lamb. I didn’t pay much attention and ate some of the Payasam and then handed to my husband. He pointed out to me there were obviously lots of mold on top of the rice. I questioned the waitress and the staff. They only apologized saying the lady brought it didn’t pay attention to it and then charged me for the rest of my food. This is the way they handle the food go into your mouth. Please think twice and save yourself. I am gonna spend the rest of my holiday worrying about the coming food poison symptoms.
I stopped in for dinner. The service was prompt and freshly made.. no frills or fuss, ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was some of the best food I've ever had. The naan was soft and fresh and paired perfectly with Masala. We also ordered samosa for an appetizer and they did not disappoint. Definitely recommend if you're downtown Ann arbor and you're craving Indian.
This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever been to in the United States! The staff is very warm and personable, the menu represents an excellent sample of regional Indian specialities (from tandoor to vindaloo and aught between), well-prepared and presented- They are very good at varying the spice levels for novices (such as my white-bread Midwestern parents) as well as those more accustomed to spicier, heartier mixtures. Everything we have had there in several trips has been AWESOME! I recommend Lamb Biryani especially- a lovely melange of really nice flavours!
I've tried over 20 menu items and there hasn't been a single dud so far. Very flavorful and good portion sizes - most of the main dishes can last me two meals. I've only gotten takeout because of the pandemic, and it's always been ready on time.
Quiet. Everyone was spaced out. They were wearing masks. All diners were when they came in and when they left. Appreciated that! Seems like Ann Arbor is good about that?
As usual the taste of the dishes are good. But the quality of service is worse. Today we ordered tea after lunch. It was cold. The service person was inpatient and cancelled the order by himself without proper reason. I will not recommend this place for anyone wants to spend a nice time with friends.
