QuaQuality of food was averaverage at best. Staff unbelievably rude. Not worth what you pay.
I fully agree with one reviewer...if you're going to complain about the rudeness of the cook staff you didn't do your homework on the place! The bantering is great and definitely adds to the experience. The deep fried veggies and onion rings and fries were a bit greasy, but DAH what were you expecting straight from a deep frier! ? Can't complain they weren't hot! I have a quad on plain with bacon (notice i ordered correctly ?). The bacon was great! If you have thick skin and enjoy the "abuse", you will find this place worth returning to. I know I will be returning. Oh...one last thing, they accept credit cards but cash seems to be a better fit here.
It was really good. You make your own burger I got 3 patties, lettuce, onions, ketchup, onion bread, with pickles. I also got a large fries. I also wanna clear something up about the service I see people complaining about this place. You have to know they're being rude on purpose. They're trying to be known for that. And if you realize that it will actually be very funny. People who know this and are still being hurt just have big egos and are soft.
Always great burgers! Fried veggies a must with a side of ranch for dipping!Got the double patty on onion roll with grilled mushrooms and Swiss cheese, topped with mayo, lettuce, pickles, and onions! Family ordered triple patties in their burgers with bacon, eggs, grilled onions and mushrooms, plus cheese.Love to bring family and friends here, especially when visiting from out of town!

The burgers and fries were fantastic, but the onion rings left a lot to be desired. However, no amount of delicious food could ever convince me to eat there again after watching the head line cook treat customers so poorly! I get people need to be ready with their orders when they get to the grill, but yelling at an old person that can't think as fast as they once could is NOT okay!! And, telling people they can't order for someone else is terrible customer service, especially when that "rule" isn't posted anywhere! Who's to say they're not ordering for their child or someone with special needs that isn't capable of ordering their food themselves!? Perhaps the owner should hang a sign that says they discrminate against anyone with communication deficiencies when that cook is working. Kudos to the fry & condiments guy for their friendly and helpful demeanor.

Disrespectful customer service, subpar product, grimy atmosphere. Insulted and disrespected my 72 year old father and I for not being psychics who live by their uncompromising business model. Over priced, unhealthy grease patties complemented by the homeless asking for money while you eat. We work too hard for our money for someone to insult us, not respect us and to not value us as a customer. I work in sales placing new residents in the Ann Arbor area. My job is to let people know about the area. I can’t wait to let them know that this place is known as the place you simply don’t go to. I’m all in now. Great business model!!! Thanks for the motivation!!!
This place is fantastic! Burgers and fries made on the spot everyone nice, place has an inviting look.
These were by far some of the best burgers I have ever had. Even my four year old finished his!!!
