I have NEVER had a bad meal at Knights! Steaks are delicious, the Walleye melts in your mouth and desserts are so good. The staff is courteous, kind and attentive to your needs. Thanks again for the wonderful meal last night Knights!
The menu is 1/3 of what the downtown location offers. Once we figured out we weren't able to get either appetizers we wanted, or either entrees we wanted, we decided to split some potato skins alone. The waitress was nice but we weren't offered bread and we weren't offered a box for our left overs. It's ok - the potatoes were a boat for drippy grease anyway. Left a $11 tip on a $12 bill for her. Won't be back at this location though.
Made a reservation a day in advance no problem. Arrived on time for our reservation and the hostess 'had to check to see if our table was ready'. I thought this was a little odd because the restaurant was maybe 3/4 full. After a few minutes of waiting the hostess takes us to the table. The table was a small table for two right next to the doors to the kitchen. We sat there for a few minutes and every 30 seconds someone walks right by our table on the way to or from the kitchen. Dirty dishes into the kitchen or food coming out of the kitchen. The poor table completely ruined the experience of the meal. There's no excuse for putting a table right next to the doors to the kitchen and subjecting the people sitting at that table to all of the foot traffic as well as the sometimes loud conversations in the kitchen or the waitstaff walking right by you every 30 seconds. The service was ok. The food was ok. But the table next to the kitchen ruined it. Be careful when you go here and never sit next to the doors to the kitchen!
Over the top service, delish food but the Knight and Day Pie was out of this world!

We went there today for my husband's birthday. I made a reservation on Tuesday afternoon and the person on the phone accidentally made the reservation on the wrong date. The hostess with the dark hair this evening at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She spoke to the manager and they were able to accommodate the two of us and get us a table not even five minutes after our scheduled reservation. They went above and beyond to make us happy. It was such a nice gesture on such a busy night. Five stars and kudos to them!
I ordered the 22 ounce bone in ribeye. Never have I ever had a more bland steak in my life. The steak literally had no seasoning at all. 52 dollar steak that tasted like a shoe. I ate two bites and had them throw the steak in the garbage. I chose not to get unruly due to the fact that I was with a guest. Had my company not been there I wouldn’t have paid for that lousy meal. Never will I ever return. I’m not sure what the issue is but I’ve been to tons of steak houses and I’ve literally never had a steak this poor in my entire life.
High level food, service and experience. Cant go wrong bringing family, friends, clients or anyone else to Knights. You can rely on a high level of commitment from everyone on the roster from the greeter to the management team. Clean, friendly, professional from a business standpoint. Pretty hard to not be blown away with whatever you choose to eat or drink. Get ready to feel appreciated and valued when it comes to the service and overall experience.
