Wish I could rate 0 - I witnessed an employee fumble the hand off of the ice cream and then proceed to make the customer pay full price for another one.
Absolutely the best ice cream ? If you have a sweet tooth they have the best candies caramel apples and it’s also a gift shop ? Once you’ve had there ice cream you won’t go anywhere else ?
Closed for an undefined time without any update online. Also, from a previous visit, it is not pet friendly. I don't recommend this location.
Amazing options for truffles. The lady was very nice to suggest options we should mix to take back.

I worked for Godiva in the past and that is my fav. In comparison the Kilwins presentation was decent in packaging and chocolates even. I tried a half pound variety worth of milk and dark truffles, and general choc assortments. The chocolate was fine, but I did not care for any of the filling flavors. With the exception of the dark chocolate orange cream. I liked this one :-)Also I had 2 peanut butter filled ones but they were very dry and stale on the inside.
Superb everything! Chocolate ice cream tastes like great chocolate, not overly sweet, but so rich.
The old fashioned vanilla is superb. Love this ice cream shop.
