The service was horrible had to wait 25 minutes for food when I asked a question about the menu three different employees couldn't answer the question because they had items listed incorrectly and in reverse order on the menu giving a $15 difference! That's quite a big difference especially when nobody knows the real answer! Overall prices were too high and frankly Meijer's chicken in the bucket, tastes much better and is far cheaper! In addition the biscuits were hard as rocks and were horrible!
I ordered a hot and spicy chicken sandwich meal and I got it very quickly they were friendly
I was given the wrong change ($9 short - it was given to me when I pointed it out)) then told the biscuits would be 5 minutes, then discovered after I got home that I was given the wrong order. Very disappointing.
Pick up Orders take more than 20min and drive through so slow, bad service ALL THE TIME
Chicken very greasy, order wrong, sides weren't filled. Only partial. Gravy was overcooked, thick and sludgy. 8 piece meal cost 30 dollars. Not worth the trip.
When trying to place my order the employee said she didnt like what I ordered. I said "its a good thing its for me then" She said "I dont like you" then when I asked for the manager she said she was. Absolutely horrible service and my order was incorrect.
I wish I was able to score this location a negative 5 star rating as the employees are rude and store is very dirty employees no hair nets, picking up food with their bare hands, touching food after taking customers money. Food received over cooked and cold biscuits hard as a rock can break a bullet proof glass window. Most horrible experience ever. Store needs to be closed. Training definitely needed. Corporate please step in and see for yourself! Deeply unsatisfied.
KFC not what it used to be. The chicken is not with the taste that it used to have, all the chicken is made one way.I bought one bucket of original and one of crispy chicken and not much difference between both. I'm 55 years old and I remember what original recipe chicken was. Look like they just threw all the chicken in the same bowl.
The quality of KFC food has been deteriorating for a long time. Church's,Popeyes, or Chick-fil-A are all better choices.
Very rude young girl taking orders - couldn’t wait to let me tell her what I wanted and got frustrated when she got it wrong. Nice young man at the window, though.
