This jimmy john is pretty decent. If they mess up your order by chance, they are quick to make it right.

I went in and ordered a sub today and handed the cashier actual money. Mistake, she closed the cash register and could not figure out how to open it. Upon finally getting my change I received a receipt. Glad I had that, after waiting and seeing people that ordered behind me receive their food and not getting my sandwich I ask where is my sub and showed them my receipt. The staff making sandwiches had no idea I ordered a sandwich, paid for it and was waiting for it. GOOD THING I HAD MY RECEPT. WOW. THE sandwich was very good but everything else was a disaster.
Lady on the phone said they closed at 7pm. On a Friday night. Website says 10p. We got nothing.
Terrible service. I ordered one sandwich for delivery never got it. Kept calling no answer had to drive there for a refund and they would throw the sandwich away instead of giving it to me for the inconvenience. Never ordering from there no more.
Sat and waited for our sandwiches to be made for almost 20 minutes...place empty.... ordering online is even worse. Last 2 times my sandwhich was done and just sitting behind the counter while i stood and waited at the pick up rack.

Standard jimmy johns fare. I ordered online for in store pick up. I was a little disappointed to see that they forgot to include the cup for the drink I ordered and there was a piece of meat with my veggie sandwich. Most ppl are vegetarian for ethical or religious reason so finding meat in your veggie sandwich isn’t great.
Jimmy johns rewards are a joke. The last set of purchases for a reward was 8 purchases and all you get is a pickle or chips and worse I made 9 purchases and when inquired they blew me off, Said call corp. I am less inclined to eat Jimmy johns. I purchased from this location 4 times this week, that's a mistake I will never make again.
