Good subs, cheap and fast always get my sandwich on time and to my liking. Great location
It's 5:30pm on a Saturday and they are closed. Hours posted online says open till 7pm. What a joke
Jimmy John's app needs to let customers make the choice of which store delivers to us. Had my order messed up by this location enough...
Took my money on an online order for them to call and cancel because they’re closing early. Absolutely pathetic. The shop is only open until 7- there is ZERO excuse to close earlier than that. Then the guy rudely hung up on me when I said so you can take my money but not give me my food. I will be calling to speak with a manager tomorrow
Stopped here a few weeks ago to get the heavily advertised black and bleu sandwich and I was told they no longer make it so I took pics of the 5 ads in and outside of the store for this sandwich. I thought they were just kidding.I got a different sandwich which was good but maybe take down the ads before ya quit making it.
I have ordered from this store many times and always had a good sandwich. No delivery problems either.
Pandemic customer service fatigue, as I term it, or not, the way this store is ran is a "joke" — when I visited it at least. Called and was half greeted, then got radio silence when asking if I could place a simple, one sandwich pickup order. Went in to order instead and got a blank stare from the cashier, only to still receive no greeting after saying hello. A sloppily made sandwich was presented to me, though quickly produced, with a wrapper covered in mustard and mayo. Dining in further illuminated this "joke" as I heard the manager lecture an employee about how they don't care about the customer or whether the staff did drugs during their shift unless the "big wig" was in the building. Have some respect for yourself, your job, and your work guys.
As a K-2 teacher, breaks can be few and far between on busy days. I generally don’t have trust for timely delivery from most places, but my partner suggested I order from JJ after working at one for a couple years on a day where she couldn’t drop me off an emergency lunch because my teacher assistant is subbing for another teacher. I placed an order at 9:40 AM for it to be ready for my 11:10-11:30 eating window at 11, and it hadn’t even left the building by 11:10 AM. I don’t think this is the staff’s fault — they took five minutes just to take me off hold, so they must be overwhelmed. But man, that really bummed me out.
A submarine sandwich shop that focuses on quality ingredients. The selection is not as wide as Subway franchises, but the quality of the ingredients they offer is significantly higher. Staff tend to be efficient and accurate, but sometimes you get the feeling you're being rushed a bit. The good side of that is that your sandwiches are usually done and waiting for you by the time you're finished paying.
Terrific unwich, wonderful staff. Technology has some errors and had difficulty reading our card but the staff was more than accommodating and we managed to pay for our food.
