Fast and polite service in a cool location
Made me a catering order of sandwiches on short notice, and they were great. The guests at my party all enjoyed them.
2nd time I've placed a delivery order and they've either been extremely late or never shown up and completely ghosted.. I'm gonna start ordering from a different location from now on.
I love the location of this Jimmy John's, nice building and it has dedicated parking in the side lot! Also they're open late which is nice.
Love ? me some Jimmy John's had to get a jimmy johns ? gift card for ? birthday love the sandwiches that much and my favorite is ? turkey and bacon club lulu
I called to find out why my order was taking so long and the guy who answered the phone was rude and so disrespectful....even to the point of answering my question with "i don't know or care" then hung up on me... POOR SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDE. My delivery showed up 20 min later. Seriously it should not take an more than an hour to get 1 simple sub.
If I could give a zero star I would. Everything about my order was a huge disappointment. Not only did they make my two sandwiches wrong but they also took over an hour to make there delivery. After about 40 min a called the location and the service provider was not even able to tell me the estimated time the delivery driver would be here. I would not suggest ordering from this location as there food is far from freaky fast....

Ordered food to my job site today waiting over an hour for my food. Tracker told me it had arrived but I checked all around my building and nothing so I called the store and the lady tells me my food has been sitting at the store the whole time. At this point it’s the end of my day and time for me to go home so I asked them to send it there 5miles from my home and apparently “it’s out of delivery range” yes I will get a refund in 2-3days but that doesn’t help the fact I’ve gone hungry for the past 2 hours waiting on them and now I gotta spend more money somewhere else…. I’m done with this JJ location ?
It's a good JJ's. I've had a few mistakes on my subs but they always make it right. The people that work there are nice as well and there's never a wait.
